The Hijacking of Illumination
They corrupted it. What was once the path of silence, fasting, solitude, and the death of the ego has been hijacked, rebranded, and sold back as a lifestyle trend.
Illumination is no longer a brutal confrontation with the abyss of the self — it is a yoga retreat with avocado toast. It is an influencer in leggings reciting mantras between sponsored ads. It is a “quantum workshop” promising enlightenment in three easy steps, with a discount code at the end.
The ancient road of Saturn — discipline, limitation, structure, silence, death before rebirth — has been erased and replaced by Jupiterian expansion: positivity, abundance, good vibes only. A performance. A mask. A carnival of spirituality that never touches the soul.
The tragedy is not that people are lost. The tragedy is that they think they’ve found the light — when all they’ve done is decorate their prison. The ego now wears a crystal necklace. The cage now smells like incense. But it is still a cage.
True illumination cannot be marketed, cannot be packaged, cannot be posted with hashtags and filters. It is violent. It is cold. It is the void that strips you of yourself. And only through that annihilation does the real Light emerge. Everything else is counterfeit. Glitter on rot.
In this world, God is hidden where no one dares to look: the silence, the suffering, the abyss. There, the Light is raw. And it burns.
