Hell, he’s said them himself more times to count.

He knows the run of the show, fire a shot into the air or just shy of a teller, make it dramatic, but make it clear that you’re there as a threat. Demand that someone puts money in a bag, as quickly as possible. Have your get away car waiting just out front.

It’s been a long time since Leonard Snart has held up a bank, it’s usually too much trouble. The cops get there too soon. Much easier to carefully craft out a plan to break into the bank after business hours, when nobody’s around to stop him. 

Though this is a first. 

Being a hostage, being the one that they demand gets on the ground is honestly so shocking that for a second he doesn’t move. 

When he does it’s only because of Mick - and something is clearly wrong when Mick is the level headed one between them - tugs him down with him. 

“I can’t believe-”

Because of course, his day has to get worse, that’s the exact moment one of the bank robbers call out, “Hey boss! Isn’t that Captain Cold and Heatwave?”

Maybe if she says it enough times, she’ll believe it.

Kate Manser is a better shot with a gun than most people, she’ll do it if she has to. It’s how she got revenge for her Father, how she still tries to get that. It’s a long lonely cycle of blood and revenge out here but they’ve tried to build a life anyway.

God only knows how long it’ll last.

“Katie?” Hannibal asks quietly, catching the melancholy that curls in her bones. She’s had that for years, who can blame her - dying repeatedly is fucking depressing. 

She’s not as sad as the first one though, Kate doesn’t think anybody can be as sad as her.

But Hannibal knows when she’s slipping, when to catch her and she knows the same. Centuries have given them time to know how to read each other and Kate doesn’t know whether she loves or hates the fact another person has so many pieces of her. Has the ability to absolutely destroy her if they wanted but would die for her instead.

Maybe it’s a bit of both, a girl can’t have too much self loathing after all.

“Cinnamon then?” He offers and he’s smirking as always. God she hates that name, it’s so stupid and not nearly as threatening as she wants. Kate turns, shoving her husband in the face away from her neck.

“Asshole,” she says, but she’s smiling.
