Well, frankly, I’ve seen some pretty sexist horseshit come from Bernie supporters, so I think there’s room for criticism all around. I mean, I can’t even count the number of times I’ve seen it suggested said that female HRC supporters are only voting for her because she’s a woman, as if having a vagina makes you incapable of choosing based on political preference. Getting real sick of that nonsense. 

But that’s just how it is - doesn’t matter who the candidate is, there are gonna be shitty people supporting them because there are plenty of shitty people in the world. What’s the point of debating which side is worse? 

[Also, why the fuck aren’t we uniting against He Who Must Be Orange? I think we can all agree that Trump is not fit to be the President of a kindergarten class, much less the US. Let’s throw stones thataway.]

yea but arent you a socialist? and its pretty clear that over 30-35s are voting hillary while under are voting bernie... i think its pretty conclusive

people can cry foul all they want, but bernie is still losing. he is just not winning. like not at all. and if the under 30 vote, which is pretty damn big, actually got out to vote, bernie may be doing better. maaaaybe. but they cry about hillary is the establishment, and tweet about stealing the primaries blah blah blah BUT SHE IS ACTUALLY MATHEMATICALLY WINNING. with or without superdelegates.

I think Melisandre bringing Jon Snow back (or otherwise healing/resuscitating him) is the only theory that makes sense unless he’s truly dead. Sure, he could warg into Ghost, and I know a lot of fans have a boner for that because they have a childlike love of animals or something, but I don’t see how Jon living on in the body of a non-verbal animal that everyone is freaked out by (because it’s a dire wolf AND albino, and people are superstitious) would be at all interesting. My guess is that he’d end up a rug on Lord Commander Thorne’s floor pretty fast. 

Jon Snow really being dead would be disastrous for other reasons, namely that it would be a bizarre violation of the sort of unspoken agreement between storyteller(s) and viewers/readers that stories must make some kind of sense. GRRM can’t spend 20 years building Jon up as important and kill him off so unceremoniously, and D&D can’t spend 5 years building him up (PLUS seeding popular fan theories in this season to really highlight Jon’s importance) and then kill him. Or, rather, they can theoretically do it, I guess. It’s physically possible that this is a thing that can happen in the universe. But I think it’s a betrayal of fans and a huge mistake if they do. 

All that said, D&D have now spent five full seasons of the show showing in a thousand ways that they don’t understand or respect the source material and that they don’t give a shit about the fandom. So my expectations of them are pretty low. I think they really might have killed Jon Snow for good and that they somehow think this is shocking or subversive or some shit, even though it’s really just nonsensical and the worst sort of trolling. That they would purposefully work in popular fan theories and spend time in this season building up the significance of Jon Snow and then just kill him senselessly seems like exactly the sort of thing they would do. 

Mostly, I just am not surprised anymore by anything these turds decide to do with the show.
