YOU have been blessed with a voice to SPEAK to humans, not to just bring awareness to our nonhuman existence, but to PRESERVE your race, to EDUCATE others on your kind and home world, to help humans understand the importance of PROTECTING Earth and its natural resources, STOP pollution, and HELP humanity EVOLVE into a species that USES technology for GOOD, to make SUSTAINABLE ABUNDANCE possible for ALL creatures.

What do I do? As a selkie, I bring awareness to oceanic pollution and the importance of sustainable energy.
Started by studying oceanography and energy management in college and got an associates of science degree.
Now I clean the beaches when I visit them, and am looking to get a job in the tech industry to help ensure we build a future that ensures the technology we use doesn’t pollute the sea.

today I followed a spontaneous whim and watched Project Hail Mary in the cinema with nothing but the vague knowledge that it was based on an Andy Weir novel and that Ryan Gosling was in it, hoped for a somewhat entertaining evening of sci fi
it is now 2 am and I can’t stop crying
the movie was just that beautiful hopeful bittersweet endearing raw sincere personal and so very human
