jk rowling: *sets up Theseus as some horrible back stabbing brother, and Leta as a bad person who used Newt*
Literally Theseus at any given moment: If someone doesn’t tell Newt they love him right now I’m going to lose my FUCKING mind. You know what? I’ll do it myself. Where is he? Newt, I fucking love you, bro.
Leta, with just as much passion: If anyone so much as lays a finger on Newt, I will literally Avada Kedavera everyone in the room and then MYSELF.
Theorie time!
Either Newt or Theseus will see Leta again.
How? With the help of the resurrection stone.
Remember that Grindelwald was looking for the deathly hallows, and as Dumbledore once said, they considered the invisibility cloak not so important, and since he already have the elder wand in his possession, logically, the next hallow to look for is the stone. And Dumbledore knows it.
And since the Leta's death has so far been the most shocking for the Scamander brothers, it would not be too crazy for any of them to have the stone in their hands on some point, and consciously or unconsciously use it, bringing back, even for just a moment, to their dearest one.
As Harry did in Deathly Hallows.
Drunk Theseus to drunk Newt in a pub at some point after CoG. FIGHT ME.
I just have a lot of Scamander Brothers feels okay
Nicholas Flamel
Seeing crimes of Grindelwald, I had an image of Flamel and THAT was not how I pictured him aT aLL
I’m not complaining
His waddle walk was amazing
Newt: I promised Percival we wouldn't do anything stupid!
Theseus: Why would you lie to Graves like that?
