Big schedule change!

I'm going to be making a big change to Indie TMNT. Up until now, Indie TMNT has been a comic, but comics take a lot of time (for me, it takes on average about 30 hours for one episode) which usually has not been too much of a problem, but recently has become... a lot 💀

I'm deciding to become a firefighter and am going to be trying to find my special someone!

DO NOT WORRY THOUGH! This is not a post about me abandoning the series! Very different actually. After some very careful consideration and a lot of thought, I am going to be turning the series into a written novel!

With this change, writing the series will be far less time consuming for me, since--as it turns out--I can type a lot faster than I can draw! 🤣

As such, it will mean I can return to my original schedule of one episode per week (every Saturday, 8am EST)! I hope you will like the novel style of the series! I plan to include drawings in these novelized episodes, so it will not be totally without art! This new format will be available on Tumblr and AO3!

"But what will be come of the comic?" Once again, do not worry! I plan to continue the comic, but it will now be posted once a month instead of once every two weeks until we reach the end of book 1.

Thank you all for your patience, I'm very excited to share the rest of this story with you guys! I hope you will enjoy this new style, and will continue to follow the series as it continues and evolves!

(TEMPORARY) Schedule Change Announcement

Hello there! So! About Infested! I'm announcing a (TEMPORARY) schedule change due to a gig I'll be doing for some months. Just so I don't work myself to death! Infested WILL continue, of course, but until that gig is over, I'll be releasing one page every two weeks.

This schedule change actually begins with Page 2-38. That one kinda needed an extra week anyway. So, next page? That's gonna release on August 14th! And again, ALL of this is temporary. I WILL be getting back to one-page-per-week (when possible) after all of this.

I'd like to thank absolutely everyone for your patience, and especially for continuing to support me, even when I got other work I gotta be doing. See you guys like a week and two days from now! Thanks again!

YouTube TV to Drop Disney’s ABC, ESPN and Other Networks After Two Sides Fail to Reach New Deal

YouTube TV will drop ESPN, ABC and other Disney networks at midnight ET Thursday. Google and Disney remain far apart on a deal in a dispute

Disney and ABC haven’t reached a deal so ABC will be dropped by YouTube TV (for now.) Hopefully people that rely on that to watch the show can watch elsewhere 💗

Hello everyone! I have officially survived my transition to the nocturnal graveyard shift! To make sure I can keep delivering the best quality without burning out, Tuesdays at 4:00 PM CST are our new permanent posting days! Dodging the weekend rush means we get to carve out our own quiet space in the mid-week.

Chapter 13: The Mending of Vessels is officially live on AO3!

To mend a shattered vessel, the Void must learn the pedagogy of mortals. The mountain does not pity the pebble, and the air does not yield to force. Tonight, Kūhime steps into the Butterfly Mansion to check on her new Tsuguko, delivers a shockingly merciful end to a Lower Moon, and relies on the chaotic warmth of the Uzui Clan to figure out how to be a Master.

"Rhythm," Tengen said suddenly.

Kūhime looked at her husband.

"You're a Goddess, Starlight. You deal in absolutes. On or Off. Here or There." Tengen tapped his fingers on the table—tat-tat-tat-pause-tat. "Humans deal in rhythm, as creatures of pulse. We breathe in, we breathe out. We tense, we release."

He leaned forward, his eyes intense.

"Don't teach him to be Still forever. That's death. That's a statue. Teach him the rhythm of Stillness. The pause between the beats. That's something a musician—and a swordsman—can understand. It's not about stopping the song; it's about finding the silence between the notes."

Kūhime sat back, absorbing the wisdom.

Endurance. Resonance. Metaphor. Rhythm.

She looked at the four faces surrounding her. My constellation offers sound wisdom. [...] "I see," Kūhime murmured, a small, genuine smile touching her lips while looking at her hand.
