Imagine James and Oliver Phelps doing a slime YouTube video. Ok, I know it sounds childish, but just think ok. You probably know what you do when you get slime right? You stick your fingers in it, again, and again.

Me before my school closed: I don’t really have a routine I rely on I just do think when I remember and my executive function allows.

Me now that my school is closed for the rest of the year due to COVID: Where is my routine subject switches? my scheduled time to eat? How do I school work? Brain please I’m begging you!

Basically I can’t freaking switch gears from break to school and now that we’re not going back,my stupid on fire garbage can of a brain, cannot see school as an immediate priority. It has been placed in the not now not urgent category, and my brain can only do fun things or things in the now it’s urgent category.

.....guys. My school just got closed till March 27TH.... because someone in my county got the corona virus... okay but like they couldn’t have waited one more week to close it?! We were taking exams and finishing up stuff?! I was looking forward to being done but now I’m gonna have to wait to take the other two exams. And I’m remembering things which this messes up. This is actually annoying. I don’t think I’ve ever said that about having 17 days off of school before.

6 students I won’t see again because of graduation.

I’m a teacher. I was just informed that I can’t clean out my classroom until August.

On the one hand, that’s upsetting and will make going back in August a little harder: to see the names and progress from this year frozen in time.

On the other hand, besides taking some things down, it’ll take me maybe an hour or two to set up
