I mean, my mental math abilities are horrible, so yes.

What I can’t imagine is ever being able to gain a real understanding of why maths more complicated than basic arithmetic work, and how to use them to solve problems, if my only understanding of the most basic, foundational maths were “push calculator buttons”.

I mean, ‘teach calculator ability’ is a fine plan, if you want students who will never be able to do anything more complex than long division. But if you want to be able to handle algebra, statistics or basic geometry, let alone more complex tools, you do actually need to understand how the calculator makes the numbers pop out.

I actually did put a lot of consideration into this entire post. Bisexual, like a few other appropriate blades are highly versatile and fully double edged. They can be dual wielded, but it misses the point a bit with the inclusion of gender and ace identities that often result in a single person “dual wielding” multiple blade types and so ones that are more likely to be part of a multilayered identity are the ones that are easier to dual wield rather than just duplicating the same sword as a pair.
