Heartland - Season 18. Reading the script. Video posted by: Michael Weinberg
Now we see the Joker in profile as he stands with his back to Batman, facing towards the right side of the picture with the Batman's speech balloon issuing from off the panel behind him in the left. The Joker stands there in the rain and looks sullen and sombre as he listens to what the batman is saying. He stares bleakly at the ground before him as he listens.
The Batman :: we could work together. I could rehabilitate you. You needn't to out there on the edge any more. You needn't to be alone. We don't have to kill each other. What do you say?
Now we are just behind the Batman so that he paces away from us in the left of the ground, head and shoulders, and so that we cannot see his face. Looking over his shoulder into the background on the right of the panel. We see the Joker he is still standing, so as to face away from both the Batman and us, but here it is turning and looking at the both of us and the caped figure behind him over his shoulder. He looks into the Batman's eyes and his expression is strange. It's as if he desperately wants to believe what the Batman is saying to him, but he knows he can't. His expression is sort of sad and yearning and yet resigned, if you know what I mean, wets a confusion of emotions bubbling beneath the surface. He wants to say the right words, but he can't
Reverse angles so that we are now in front of the Joker as he turns back away from The Batman and towards us. He hangs his head and maybe raises his thumb and fore finger to rub the bridge of his nose in a tired and weary gesture. He looks very old and sad all of a sudden. His shoulders slumped and his face hanging downwards so that much of it is shadowed looking beyond him. We see the sad figure of the bat man standing looking on.
Batman The killing joke script.
(Working Title of the Movie)
Toxic Masculinity and the 21st Century Male
“Man up!”, “Don’t think about it!”, and “Let’s get so fucked up you won’t even worry about it!” are a few phrases that are commonly thrown around when men are facing emotional turmoil. Although mental health awareness and conscious healing has been on the rise in recent years, it is safe to assume that tough exteriors and lack of emotional vulnerability are still present within the 21st Century male to this day.
Would any of y'all be interested in me posting some scripts I have for Fe3h animatics and/or MAPs?? I have 2
One of them is to the song I Was so Sure by Former Vandals, and is about the main trio after the timeskip, and probably post game, reminiscing about their lives and all the probably shitty things they did during the war
The other is to Bellyache by Billie Eilish, just some Edelgard x Dorothea with maybe some angst
Michael Goi: For the fans of @ShadowhuntersTV , my signed script from season 2. Looking forward to seeing #ShadowhuntersSeason3 !
all is possible.
