Drunk Headcanons for scourge ..specifically mine:

- Hes very clingy and touchy..his speech pattern doesn't change but he becomes WAY more touchy which is..saying something cuz hes always handsy. But its not even in a sexual way, he just needs to have his hands on his S/O (Shadow or Any..) at all times.

- Surprisingly more quiet when hes drunk unless someone specifically speaks to him about something hes interested in, otherwise hes zoned out or he makes little hums to show hes still listening (hes not but hes aware you're talking..)

- Makes you repeat his s/o repeat themselves a lot cuz he wasn't listening and wants to make sure he remembers everything they say.

- "I love you so fuckin bad it makes my skin crawl.."

- Random confessions with the softest expression he could ever muster cuz hes just absolutely in love with whoever hes with and can't express that unless hes drunk as shit cuz hes emotionally constipated.

- Really..really wants a snake. He has a monitor lizard but when hes drunk he has the urge to become Steve Irwin and the sight of a snake makes him very happy and he goes on hour long rants about the specific species of snake that he sees. (Like if Manic randomly pulled up a snake image, there he is talking about the facts of said snake and hes looking online on where to buy them.)

- Breeding kink..no one knows where this comes from or how it starts but he basically goes into a rut and he wont shut UP. ..bars, like he looks at his S/O and his mind zeros in on them like they're the only being in the world and all he can think is "I wanna get you pregnant. We gotta have kids so you can't ever leave me <3" hes insane but its said with love.

- Doodles and sketches a lot of tattoo ideas cuz when he gets drunk his mind moves faster than usual and he randomly has art ideas so he HAS to draw them out or he'll actually go insane. Like his entire body vibrates with the need to draw and if he can't he gets violent.

- Hes surprisingly easy going for the most part. Like if you keep him near his s/o or talking about art or reptiles, hes calm..but hes ALWAYS down to clown, like if you dare him to do something, hes compelled to do it..hes just easy going..of course this depends on who you are.

@teamfricndship​ and @allnostalgic​ made me start thinking about what a PiB verse for Scourge would look like 🤔 

I feel like he would most certainly be a wanted outlaw who is wanted both for murder and thievery. Probably leads a small gang of non-talking cats, but is fluent in English and Meow. I wouldn’t say his cats in this verse are very loyal to him, but stick around for the food and supplies. Weapon of choice? A hatchet (as a nod to his zootopia verse).

Also nicknamed “El Chupacabra” by townsfolk, as pretty much anyone outside of his gang doesn’t stay close long enough to learn his chosen name. He’s small and malnourished, eating very little in order to try and keep his followers.

“...Aulus?”

I’ve been playing about with the idea that Chaz can use Shadow Magic for out-of-class abilities, in this case exhibiting the Scourge-like behaviour of summoning a Shade - instead of a screamy sand face however, they’ve summoned their old ‘bandmate Aulus Tarkeg, and they’re not entirely sure why. (It’s a secret that I’m still writing up, shh)

Why doesn't Scourge like the piano? :)

Headcanon time! His parents forced him into lessons when he was young, mainly because it got him out of their hair for a little bit. He wound up having a natural knack for it and took to it easily, but since it was something his parents made him do.... yeah, he couldn’t stand it. Scourge is a creature of spite, much like myself lol. Against all odds he actually remembers a lot and he’s still pretty decent at playing, but he almost never does. Only as like, a party trick, bc who the fuck expects him to know how to play piano

The Fires of Moebius || Scourge and Fiona

I should mention that Scourge and Fiona has been together for quite a long time, enough to be a surprise for anyone that knows them. They are married, but this fact isn't common knowledge. No one is really aware of their relationship status other than they are still dating. But there is a reason they are horrible people. They enjoy seducing others and bringing them into sexual slavery pretty much and they enjoy it. They know they are doing this kind of thing and they heavily collaborate. There is nothing that they don't share when it comes to their people toys. However, this isn't something that no one else is going to know because they are very deceptive. It will be too late before their victim even realizes the truth. Which is why I like to have chances to play these kinds of scenarios if people are interested in them. They will be their own separate verse unless all involved individuals agree to make it a main verse thing. I say all because the actual Fiona to my scourge will be involved. So if people are interested in this sort of thing and would like their own ship verse, dony be afraid to hit up me and @scourgequeen

Despite being a Sonic, why do you think Scourge possesses so many cowardly traits?

I do not believe it’s a result from simply being born in Moebius.

Generally, I feel as if it could stem from childhood trauma, such as being neglected or perhaps bullied?? Maybe?? I hc that Scourge was heavily bullied as a child for his poor state so I suppose if we're talking about OUR versions of Scourge, then I do believe that that could be one of the many possiblities. However, if we're talking about CANON Scourge, then I 100% run w/ the idea that it's still due to childhood trauma, just this time it's mainly because of his dad.

Anti Jules was a king, a politician, and the main leader for the Great Peace. He is, if I remember correctly, described as ”Weaslley” in either his or Scourge’s wiki, and what is the definition of weaslley? Why, it's dishonest, insincere, and not direct. But, I do believe that the main words we should be looking at are dishonest and insincere — While Anti Jules WAS at some point viewed as a trustworthy figure within the history of Moebius, every politician usually stands to be the opposite of that in the dark, sad reality.

We already can infer a lot from the fact that Scourge was neglected by Anti Jules, and we can also infer from Scourge’s personality traits. Scourge is violent, rude and cold hearted, and sure, that may not be from Jules, but it's still a major possibility that it is. Children tend to take from their surroundings, and inherit things from the crowd they're around or near. Scourge was most likely often in his castle, along w/ Anti Jules, who so cruelly ignored him while working on the Great Peace. Children are also natural attention seekers, so you can easily assume that Scourge might've nagged Anti Jules a few times, begging to be seen. And, well, what's the response to that?

How many of you have been yelled at your parent for simply asking something? A lot, I'm sure, it's only normal for that to happen sadly. Now imagine that, but with a tired, neglectful and manipulative king. Although we don't know much about him, we can atleast assume that he was aggressive in some sense towards little Scourge. Maybe even threatening him a few times, who knows!

Yes, Scourge is the ”Evil Sonic”, the character who's doomed by the narrative and set up in this path from the very beginning; but logically speaking.. even then, he couldn't have inherited such personality traits from JUST that. There had to be an influence, that's just how the world works. No matter what universe you're in, no matter what Sonic you are.

But how does this link to Scourge’s cowardly aspects? Well, just listen closely. Or, read closely, I'm not really sure.

If we can successfully run with the theory that Anti Jules had a habit of yelling or hitting, then, well, what feelings does that inflict upon a young, 7 year old child?

Fear. Being scared, nervous and distrustful of others.

Scourge, now that he's grown up, bottles up those emotions and hides them,

But they're still there.

They always will be.

What would Scourge drown his sorrows in? This can range from Monster Energy to Moonshine.

I would definitely say by drinking alcohol and a VAST majority of other extremely unhealthy drinks. He'd spend a night alone, chugging down drink to drink, as he gets drunker and drunker. Maybe even smoking a few cigars, cigarettes and blunts. Eventually he's found by Sonic, who's very.. Well, disturbed, worried and curious in some sense as to what made him THIS upset. Scourge would absolutely DESPISE having Sonic there, and would refuse any help from him, but that doesn't stop the big blue hero. Sonic starts off by getting rid of ALL the smashed bottles and filled up bottles of alcohol, including the blunts, cigars and cigarettes. Scourge is Infriuated by this, but he's so unstable that he can't do anything.

In the end, it ends up w/ Scourge being carefully placed in a safe environment, left to rest and be completely clueless as to what happened that night.
