Lloyd was still a kid and they still had time to bond together because there was no way the prophecy would come true if the green ninja was still a child. Then, maybe, they could've waited until he was the right age to be prepared to fight his dad. Lloyd might also have a childhood if Garmadon wasn't as obsessed with power and stupid with his ways of taking over Ninjago City. Misako wanted to find a way to defy destiny so that her son wouldn't have to fight his dad but people ignore that fact and hate on her for leaving Lloyd at Darkly's."

Honestly, good point… Garmadon could've still stayed but im pretty sure he was heartbroken at the thought of having to fight his son one day, not to mention that "evil was running through his veins" which is something that I guess he didn't have control over or atleast didn't figure that out yet (meaning that evil thoughts were still racing through his mind)… Also when Garmadon was sabotaging the ninja later on, Lloyd himself kicked him out and chose the path of being the green ninja.

Misako is just a bad mother in general for abandoning Lloyd, if she was trying to find a way to defy destiny and leave her son at a school for bad children to continue her research, thats just a big red flag…Instead of raising her son, she tried to defy destiny. She could've put him in a normal school or ask one of the other elemental masters to take care of Lloyd, so he can be in safe hands, but she didn't…

Garmadon was honestly still a better parent, even while being corrupted by the Devourer's venom… He fought for his son and even sided with the ninja just so he can save his son and reunite with him… Obviously he was stuck in the Underworld for quite some time so he was separated from Lloyd… But Misako? No, she was just roaming around trying to make progress on her stupid research (that mind you only helped the ninja like once and didn't have any significant impact) instead of taking care of her son.

And I know Misako was still trying to be a good mother, she wanted to stop the future fight… But even when she came back, we never saw her fully apoligizing to Lloyd for abandoning him, she felt very absent from the show and barely actually helped Lloyd, we only got like one scene of her supporting Lloyd at the near end of SOG and that was it (from what I remember)… She never had any bigger role than the "archeologist mom". She had potential to be an awesome character, take Koko for example from the ninjago movie, she was a warrior but quit her old ways and decided to part ways with Garmadon to raise her son and was incredibly supportive and caring torwards Lloyd. But in the show… she just seems colder in a way... Garmadon clearly regrets his past, even when he got ressurected with a pretty scrambled brain, he tried to become good again (as shown in Tri Vuong's "Garmadon" comic and Crystalized) even when he was still very evil and didn't really understand himself quite well... He wanted to better himself I think people will always side with Garmadon rather than Misako on this argument, she is just a very unlikable character that did more mid/bad things than good/important things, that was also very stale and barely had impact on the story, she was basically the Olive Oyl of ninjago... I would love for you to share more of your point of veiw about Misako or Garmadon, I respect your opinion and please tell me if im wrong or if I missed anything :'-) No hate!

i searched far and wide but almost no one drew fanart of this silly little guy so i did it myself (lol sorry for the empty space btw) also i wasnt exactly happy with his appearance reveal, i thought he would be alot bigger so this is just how i imagined him

and yes i drew the organ myself, did it take me like 3 hours? yes. is the perspective still ass? probably, but hey look at how cute he is :) closeups:
