Now, I don't really like the lore behind this Canon that much, but I quite like the concept. So what I'm going to do next is give a little take on what I would do with Alpha-9 on my own Canon.
So welcome...
SCP ALPHA-9 [LAST HOPE]
Ver. By Alan G. Bandala.
Details to consider:
This is a version that mixes multiple canons from the SCP; however, it doesn't strictly follow any of them.
I don't like to mix elements of pre-existing world religions into the SCP. Therefore, any mention of anything similar to Cain Abel, Christianity, paganism, or any other type of pre-existing cultural belief will not be included here.
I like working when the foundation is more about specific anomalies, not magical elements, rituals, or spellbooks, but also not about stricter science fiction things, since from my point of view, the point of anomalies is that they cannot be explained.
Most of the interest groups that are either against or in favor of the foundation are present here, but not in the same way they are presented in the Canon. Among them are G.O.C, Chaos Insurgency, Serpent's Hand, Dr. Wondertainment, Gamers against Weed, Anderson Robotics and Are We Cool Yet?
I like it when the foundation gets silly on occasions. More than anything because it's understood that there are times when there's simply no other way to take things except with humor; however, I'm also going to try to maintain a bit of existential terror.
None of the Creepypastas or Unfiction converted to SCPs that I made previously will be included in this canon (No Slender or The Princess here).
For me, this version of the Foundation is not inherently evil, but it is willing to do morally ambiguous things to maintain the security of humanity. Even if the Foundation is capable of doing these kinds of things, they wouldn't be inherently evil because they do it for the common good, while other organizations do it without worrying about the consequences. That's the key diference here.
The Foundation and major groups dedicated to the anomalous employ antimemetic procedures. This means that anyone who spots them forgets their existence, rendering them invulnerable to espionage beyond the anomalous realm. This is part of how the SCP has adapted to changes in the world, using Thaumiel-class anomalies for self-containment.
Alpha 9 detachment is an interchangeable detachment, meaning that depending on the situation, some of its members will be sent alone to different tasks with other detachments.
With that being said...

Don't forget Omega-7:
It's been almost 10 years since that event. Everyone who lived it remembers, and don't want to forget what lead to the death of ■■■ Mobile Task Force units. Although the information related to Omega-9 is now confidential, you must know what diffenciate Alpha-9 from it's previous attempt.
For a quick summary, Omega-7 had the iniciative of using SCPs for the capture and containment of other SCPs entities. The hole idea was to use the anomalies for our own objectives, thinking that if we couldn't understood them, at least we can control them. Of course, that was at the time the Foundation still had the idea of terminating some SCPs and threat every single one of them with no right. Some will call it "The goos old days" but for me it's more like a mistake that I don't wanna repeat.
Well. You know the rest. One thing lead to the other, more humanoid SCPs were found and we added them to the club with no previous test. I'm still wondering what we expected back there, but the answer was obvious. The only survivor from that incident was Iris Thompson, formaly known as SCP-105. She had 17 years old back then and had to experience the death of every single of her friends back then. It is clear that she will never forget the Foundation, but at least she's still loyal.
I supose it's just about choosing the best option out of a bunch of worse options.
Because that's the thing. Back then we though the foundation have everything on it's palm, with major groups of interest controlled at a certain degree and containments being nothing more than putting the anomaly inside a metal box and forgetting it's even there. But after Omega-7 everything went down. It wasn't the catalyst but the warning of everything to come. Suddenly, anomalies began to be more complex, more interconnected, more organized, and suddenly their containment became more difficult; they couldn't simply be locked away. There were other groups who wanted to get them out; there were anomalies who wanted to collaborate with the others; there were others who were too human and others were too inmoral to just being locked away.
The ethics committee certainly had quite a bit of work that season.
And this is where Iris stands out from the rest. Not because it is a particularly complex anomaly, but because it is essentially one of the few options we have to remind us that not all anomalies behave the same way, that with enough training they can still be convinced that the foundation is the best option for them.
Of course, the registration for the new project will be stricter than the previous one; we can't just put anyone who has some kind of superpower on the team and expect them to live for the good of humanity. That is why we are not looking for the best of the best, nor even someone with whom we could control them, although we could, but someone who maintains a strong belief in the foundation's purpose, its role in the world, and its convictions and morals, beyond any kind of seduction that other interest groups might try to exert on them.
They are not chosen because they are the most powerful or the coldest, but because they best represent humanity, they best represent the balance that we are now seeking between the anomalous and the everyday; they are our Last Hope.
If Omega-7 was nicknamed Pandora's Box, I think it's fitting that Alpha-9 should carry what's left inside the box.
And I remain the hope that, perhaps in the future, this will be the direction in which the Foundation can operate.

SCP Member's files
Name: Iris Thompson
Age: 27
Gender: Fem
Tag: SCP-105
Class: Squad Leadership/Scouting and surveillance
Bio:
Iris was one of the first anomalies contained during the 1990s. She is one of the few remaining from that era, and although her psychological profile has shown that she has certain rebellious impulses against the foundation's orders, she still remains ideal, and we are grateful that she adheres to her own principles, as she also serves as a reminder of the past.
Anomalous properties:
She possesses a camera that, once each photograph is taken, serves as a camera that can directly see what is happening in the place where the photograph was taken. As the only Iris, she is able to interact with the environment within the photograph itself. These interactions have also been altered in the place where the photograph was taken, and sometimes this manifests itself with her putting her hand directly into the photograph.
Name: Samson Sachs
Age: 113
Gender: Male
Tag: SCP-4128
Class: Mobile Task Force
Bio:
Although Samson was registered in 1975, his classification was late, hence his SCP number was so high. However, Samsung is a crucial member of the Foundation because he is one of the easiest to control and handle, since he is cautious by nature. He maintains a positive attitude and tries to emulate his greatest inspiration, the original Superman from Action Comics.
Anomalous properties:
Samson possesses superhuman strength and endurance, however he does not possess any other remarkable attributes in his anatomy; he does not have superhuman reflexes nor does he have a physique greater than that of an average athlete; however, his strength and endurance allow him to perform feats that no other person could; he has even been shown to be bulletproof.
Name: Emma
Age: 17 (Photo above is an old one)
Gender: Fem
Tag: SCP-040
Class: Support
Bio:
A girl who was subjected to unknown experiments, but from which no information can be gathered due to her lack of memory. Conflicting stories about her will make you understand that she wasn't the only test subject; it's likely there are clones of her out there, but for now, only this instance of Emma is known.
Anomalous properties:
She has great talent in biokinesis, being able to create complex multicellular organisms based on unicellular organisms found in the environment. She is able to control and command them, as well as alter the biochemistry and biology of living organisms carbon based, although she admitted that she finds it quite difficult to do so with plants.
Name: THE SPECTER
Age: Unknown
Gender: Possibly Male
Tag: SCP-4494
Class: Mobile Task Force
Bio:
A literal physical manifestation of the concept of justice and the fight against crime is quite similar to a vigilante from the pulp comic era. During freetime he lives in the foundation's facilities, watches movies, and plays video games. He is very dramatic at it.
Anomalous properties:
It has the ability to teleport and manifest itself wherever it is needed with a fog in a crime zone, although it can only be at one place at a time. If he fails in his mission, the area where he was fighting becomes a war zone in which people will completely forget about fighting crime and the laws of the region. He is skilled with guns and hand-to-hand combat, however he is also able to pull any kind of gadget out of his trench coat. These usually refer to things similar to those seen in superhero pood, for example, throwing weapons or explosive pens. He never takes off his clothes.
Name: Claudia
Age: 25
Gender: Fem (Identified)
Tag: SCP-347
Class: Scouting and surveillance
Bio:
A humanoid creature of invisible appearance but who, according to her, is a woman of mixed race features. She has lived on the streets for many years and refuses to talk about her past; it is likely that her name is not even her real name but simply a reference to the actor from the film The Invisible Man. She is cooperative as long as she is treated well; however, she is also capable of developing overly dependent emotional relationships to the point of spying on people she is interested in, not to mention that she has a rather flirtatious attitude.
Anomalous properties:
She is completely invisible and violates the laws of logic and physics about the behavior of light, causing any object that enters her to disappear, including food and other objects. Despite her invisibility, she is able to see perfectly. As time has passed within the foundation, it has been shown that she is becoming invisible to different spectra, not only to light but also, for example, heat, electromagnetic or radiation sensors.
NOTE: This image is a selfportay made by SCP-423
Name: Fred
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Tag: SCP-423
Class: Scouting and surveillance/Mobile Task Force
Bio:
It has no physical form, however, during most of its manifestations it is described as a middle-aged or young man, usually leaning towards a teenager or young adult, although it is not limited to that age since it can vary depending on the chosen material.
Anomalous properties:
This is a sentient metafiction idea: a character who inserts himself into popular stories depending on his choice. He usually appears as a secondary character in the stories, but being sentient, you understand most of his actions. It is even capable of interacting with the characters within the chosen work.
Name: Rainer Mille
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Tag: SCP-4051
Class: Mobile Task Force
Bio:
A young man with unusual abilities who had a brief but successful career as a vigilante. Once recruited by the Foundation, everything fell apart due to the Foundation's own mistakes. That's all we can say, but he's a good kid.
Anomalous properties:
He can open tiny wormholes to pocket dimensions containing a virtually infinite number of a single object. If he can imagine and understand an object, he can open a portal to the dimension where infinite copies of that object exist and pull one of them out.
Furder information about his habilities are restricted to B-Class.
Name: Hector
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male (Identified)
Tag: SCP-1360
Class: Squad Leadership
Bio:
A sentient robot developed by Anderson Robotics (an anomalous organization that is able to create impossible tech) that was builded for war but refuse to participate on it. It´s a very polite and kind being with a deep empathy.
Anomalous properties:
Not only is he sentient (even though there's nothing in his system to suggest sentience), but he also possesses a vast array of tactical abilities: military-grade armor, advanced sensors, strength capable of piercing steel, extraordinary targeting systems, integrated weaponry… Hector will refuse to use any of these abilities, always seeking ways to ensure no one gets hurt, and he acts more as a tactical agent than as a protector of everyone involved.
Name: Leora
Age: 24
Gender: Fem
Tag: SCP-4818
Class: Mobile Task Force
Bio:
A young girl fan of comic books that as soon as she get anomalous properties, developed a deep moral compass and an urge to help others, She was recruited by the Foundation with the promise of doing right in the right way, She accepts.
Anomalous properties:
She can generate solid structures of light, move between light and dark areas, and use these abilities in highly creative ways, both for defense and combat. Her main weakness is absolute darkness: without available light, her powers are greatly reduced.

NOTE:
I've learned of the discontent within O5 regarding the new project Alpha-9, and I understand why. Compared to Omega-7, Alpha-9 is nothing more than a watered-down version of the force that Omega-7 once was, with a lower success rate. However, this is to be expected, as the success rate, excluding the event that dematerialized Omega-7, was 100%.
But I'd also like to make a small observation about how Alpha-9 is currently being organized. I want you to take a look at the scene in the cafeteria and see everyone around a table. Notice the difference from the old Omega-7 years, when most of them simply ate in their respective cells or tried to avoid each other, not even interacting with the non-anomalous squad members. Meanwhile, right now we have SCPs who, rather than being treated as anomalous agents, are treated as people, and I think that's the greatest strength within Alpha-9.
Including SCP-5031 as many requested is a terrible idea. Since we are not trying to recruit the most powerful or strongest nomadic members we have at our disposal, if that were the case we would have already brought in entities that we are not even able to control, such as SCP-682, SCP-053 or SCP-166. I also want to emphasize that the success rate we are using to measure Alpha-9 is not the same as the one used to measure Omega-7. With the first team, we measured their effectiveness in neutralizing anomalies and anomalous events, while with Alpha-9 we are focusing more on the successful capture and healing of most of the SCPs that may come into our hands, prioritizing their understanding over their destruction.
I also understand that there have been concerns about including former Omega-7 members in Alpha-9, as well as other SCPs, that their mental state would not allow for the enormous amount of stress that Alpha-9 usually handles. Therefore, these requests will be suspended until further analysis or a better alignment between the suggested SCPs and the Foundation's intentions. Until then, we can only be grateful that thanks to the existence of Alpha-9, the Serpent's Hand has left us in peace for a while.

SCP fanart/my take on SCP-507 and SCP-347. In my SCP x Cuphead Au, The Devil does form a close friendship with them.
VA Claim for SCP-507: Jack De Sena
VA Claim for SCP-347: Olivia Olson
SCP-507, upon learn The Devil had no knowledge of modern or pop culture after the 1930s, took it upon himself to be his official guide. This includes introducing him to delicacies (ex. Nachos, Boba Tea, etc.), marathon binging shows like Friends (The Devil is now a fan), explaining the lore of the DC/Marvel franchise, etc.
SCP-347 and The Devil bonded over pulling mischief/pranks to mess with the foundation staff. When they aren't driving MTF members and scientists crazy, The Devil enjoys helping her out with make-up and exchanging outfits with her. Also, he does symphathize with her desire to be noticed and garner attention.
Been doing sketches of other scps, practicing on some like 005, 2121, and 5699, and planning on the design for my versions like 682, 032, and 2583 (made three versions since it was tricking).
