how about californian? (ours were rescues so I know nothing about the breeders, and I think one was a californian/newzealand mix)

Don’t love the cal breeders for the most part but I can appreciate a nice cal. Rabbits can come in but the breeders can’t.

Sometimes the best place to start when drawing new things is just taking in the media itself. Browse fur affinity, watch disney movies, just take a look at how other people are doing it and pick out some things you think you'd like to try replicating/adapting to your own style
