Say walked out of the club, head clouded by the alcohol and steps not too steady. She felt one of the bouncers take her arm and try to steady her, but she was too proud to let herself be helped and immediately shook her arm out of his grasp, directing a frown at him. She couldn't think clearly and she looked at the street, vision slightly fuzzy, as she thought what was she going to do next. She really needed to go home, but she didn't want to: she had just moved some months ago and it still didn't feel like a home, but more like someone else's house with a lot of Say's stuff in it.
As she walked away from the club, no clear destination in mind, she could hear the sound of her boots against the asphalt, her feet dragging due to her drunkenness. Her jean shorts, tank top and leather jacket did little to protect her from the cold. She could feel the night air softly caressing her skin and, after a few minutes, she could feel her head starting to clear slightly. A few steps more, and Say had to stop and kneel down next to the curb, emptying the few contents of her stomach in one go. Wiping her mouth with the back of her hand, she stood up and continued her way around the neighbourhood. To be honest, she was kind of lost right now. She knew she was in the Red District, that much was obvious judging by the amount of brothels littering the street. But she really had no idea where to go to, still new to the neighbourhood and not having a clear mind.
Every now and then, Say bumped into one of the passersby, some as drunk as her, some worse and some better. She didn't pay them any attention, really, her poor judgment centered in finding her way back home. She was kind of startled when she felt someone grasp her wrist, but her mind was still too clouded to properly react, as she would have done if she was sober. A few seconds later, she was pressed against a wall, her back getting scratched slightly as she was roughly pushed against it. Say tried to focus her gaze on the person doing that to her, but she was only able to catch a glimpse of an unknown male's face. "Hey baby, how much for the night?" She heard the man say and she tried to push him away. Damn, she should have brought her gun with her today, but she had been thinking of going out for just a few drinks and definitely didn't expect something like this to happen. "Leave me alone." She said, voice low and trying to be threatening, but apparently it didn't have the desired effect: the man pinned her arms above her and started kissing her neck, and Say struggled to make him move away, to knee her in the stomach so he would move, but her mind was too fuzzy and her reflexes too slow to do anything without the man realizing it. As soon as Say started to raise her leg, the man brought one of his hands down and pinned her hips to the wall, completely closing the distance between their bodies so Say couldn't move.
