tw: abuse, neglect
“I want to do that!” Lettie had screamed to her father, grin splitting her face, as they passed the ballet studio in town. The older girls were dancing, all straight lines and beautiful turns. She pressed her face against the glass to watch, eyes wide. Lettie knew beauty when she saw it, even at six, and she wanted to be it. She wanted to as beautiful as those girls.
“Come on, Collette. We don’t have time for that shit,” Her father pulled on her hand, tugging her from the glass roughly. Her hand slid across it, making a horrible squeaking noise.
“Daddy, please!” She begged, still watching the pretty dancers.
“I said no!” Lettie’s hand dropped from the glass as he tugged again and she knew that voice well enough to curl her shoulders and stop asking.
_______________________________________________________________________
When Allura and her father weren’t home, Lettie put on the Nutcracker, stolen from her grandmother’s house. She tried to follow the dancers motions, chubby kid legs and arms arcing in the air, toes sliding across the floor for twirls and spins. She was beautiful like this. She was as beautiful as the ballerinas she had seen in town. More beautiful because she was teaching herself.
The door banged open and her father clambered in, shoulders slumped in exhausted. “Daddy, look! I’m a ballerina!” She did a twirl for him, one that she mastered that day, and he nodded, gave her half a smile and went upstairs.
_______________________________________________________________________
She didn’t get birthday gifts, they didn’t celebrate in their house, so when she was handed a wrapped present from Andy and Rowan at nine, she wasn’t sure what to do with it. With urging, Lettie slowly peeled back the tape, careful not to hurt the paper.
She had seen a box like this during show and tell. A jewelry box. She opened it slowly, carefully. Music started to play and when the lid was completely up, she saw the ballerina. The beautiful ballerina she always wanted to be spinning in her first birthday present.
_______________________________________________________________________
Allura hit her hard. Hard enough her head was spinning and her ribs hurt. She had spat on her in her rage. Screamed that she was useless and a waste of space. Lettie had let her. She knew that her sister was right to be mad. Lettie had broken a glass and even if she cleaned it up, she still wasted money when she broke it.
She hid in her room now, chair under the door handle just in case, with the little music box in her lap. She closed her eyes and she was the ballerina in the box now. Spinning and twirling to beautiful music. No one could hurt something so beautiful. She was a dancer now and nothing hurt.

2. What traits or talents does your character have that would make them a good/bad member of an MC?
Sutton’s attention to detail and commitment to a cause makes her a good member of the MC. She’ll put her all into something, especially since she has her eyes set on the Fixer position and she’s willing - and wanting - to learn from Andy. However, her stubbornness can be a setback; it always has. While as a prospect she’s learned to do as she’s told, if she thinks that there’s an easier or better way to get a job done, she’ll most likely choose her way over anyone elses and think of the consequences later.
13. Have you ever done drugs? If so, why did you choose to not continue/why did you continue to?
Sutton’s only ever smoked weed. And while she doesn’t hate it, she doesn’t love the feeling of being high. Her personality at some points can be considered high strung. She likes being in control of things around her, and most of the time she has to be actively doing something. So she’ll definitely smoke if she’s with friends or something like that, but she rarely does it on her own.
14. Honest feelings about Maddox.
The obvious answer is that she loves Maddox. She always has. One of her closest friends who helped her rebuild her life after her dance dreams crumpled on the worn floorboards of a stage in Alabama. Even if they weren’t together, Sutton would still without question say she loved him. They’ve been through a lot together, and they started this whole patching in process together. She just wishes he’d lean on her more rather than retreating into himself when things get bad.
26. What is a plot that you’d like to do but haven’t explored yet?
Honestly, i kinda want to try and get her back into dance? And not just teaching like she is now. Either that or like, something with her brothers. I said in Sutton’s bio that she's more into low level revenge at the moment; minor inconveniences and destruction of property. But if one of her brothers gets killed then that’ll change real quick.

10. Was your character happy, sad, relieved, mad, etc. at Kane’s death? Why?

12. Do you think there are instances where murder is justified? Why or why not?
Oh absolutely. Ryder doesn’t love murder, but he knows that it’s a facet of the life he chose for himself. Especially when he was sent to Georgia to kill his brother, he was justifying it in his head the entire time. When out on jobs, tagging along to make sure a sale goes smoothly, if he ever has to shoot someone, he justifies it with “they knew the rules.”
23. Random head canon
Ryder’s infatuation with the Titanic comes from a place of sheer terror. Because of his fear of deep water, Ryder refuses to get on ships or boats of any kind. Add that general fear to an image of the worlds largest ship of it’s time, sinking and killing 1,500 people? It’s literally his worst nightmare. But that fear also sparked a sudden interest to learn the ins and outs of how the ship worked and all the tiny details of the disaster. On top of the history of the event, he has learned and memorized almost all the new safety regulations for cruise ships to prepare himself for the unlikely event of him actually getting on a ship.
27. Who (as a mun) would you love to see your character interact more with in Olympus? Why? How? (because plot connections ;) but also pick as many people as you want because ideas could spark)
oh so many people! Gimme more Trojan bros specifically though, especially since Ryder is now VP (which is...terrifying.) But also like, I’m a plot hoarder, please come at me with any and all plots I will say yes.

1. Why did you join the Primordials/Trojans (for members)? Why haven’t you joined the Primordials/Trojans (for non-members)?
When he was a dumb ass high school drop out with nothing else to really do, Adrian was very close to prospecting for the Primordials. He had become friends with Andy and spent some time hanging around club parties with him. There was something about the lifestyle that seemed to fit in which what Adrian had become over the last year or so of his life. And the idea of feeling powerful for the first time in his life was undeniably appealing. But, the first time he laid eyes on Cronus, he knew he wouldn’t make it. The man was terrifying in a way that Adrian had never experienced. So he ran and didn’t come back to Olympus for over a decade.
And now, Adrian wouldn’t last two days as a prospect and really has no interest in wearing a cut. He ended up on the Trojan side of the war by sheer convenience at first. There was a bar looking for a dancer, Adrian had been a dancer for the last few years in Chicago. He didn’t associate himself with the club at first, nor did he have any loyalties to anything there except the cash and drugs he could get. Things changed when he and Izzy became close and when things with Ryder moved from casual sex to something more intense and now Adrian finds himself with a weird sort of loyalty to the club that he never expected. But he still knows he could never be a member.
8. Who is their Olympus crush? Why?
Ryder is the obvious answer to this. At this point, it’s pretty safe to say that Adrian is fully in love with Ryder, whether he is ever capable of reciprocating that feeling or not. Aside from Ryder, there will always be some residual feelings for Oliver, who he had a hopeless crush on for most of high school. And then there is the purely sexual attraction he feels for Seth, even though Seth actively wants to murder him.
26. What is a plot that you’d like to do but haven’t explored yet?
I have plans for Adrian in the future. I would really like to see him go one of two ways. One, hit a sort of moral event horizon where there is absolutely no coming back from. If he does something that puts him at risk for the sake of protecting Ryder and Izzy and by extension the rest of the club. I kinda want to break him. The other direction is literally the complete opposite. I’d like to see Adrian get his shit together. Get clean, for real and stay that way for a while. Maybe finally start to heal and reconnect with his family.
27. Who (as a mun) would you love to see your character interact more with in Olympus? Why? How? (because plot connections ;) but also pick as many people as you want because ideas could spark)
I would love for Adrian to interact with Ro and Lettie because he just never has. Also maybe Sutton more because I like Sutton and I think Adrian would also kinda like her even tho Ryder hates her.

3. Do you think the MCs are good or bad for Olympus? Why?
Oliver knows the MCs are bad for Olympus but I don’t think he’d readily admit that. He knows that what they do is dangerous and unlike anything any normal or sane person has ever seen or done. He understands why it’s bad and why most would believe they’re bad, basically. This doesn’t change his desire to stick with them and remain loyal, though. He’s been in this club for so damn long already and there’s no way he’d suddenly tarnish his rank and what these people mean to him because of their influence on the town.
12. Do you think there are instances where murder is justified? Why or why not?

15. Is your character loyal? How far would they go to prove that they are?
Absolutely. I don’t think Oliver feels the need to do anything to prove his loyalty. Though, I think he can come off as disloyal mainly because he can easily become oblivious to certain things. He’s the kind of people who just assumes before actually gaining information. For example, when he allowed Rowan’s sister to bet on and win him during the auction unaware of how much that would hurt Andy. He’s still very loyal, but can just be really oblivious and careless.

Just weed. She mostly smokes it with Andy when they’re baby free and want to just chill out.
Is your character loyal? How far would they go to prove that they are?
Yes she is. I’m honestly not sure how far she’d go to prove her loyalty to the club though since she’s not actually a member so like.... she shouldn’t have to?? Like she’ll give them information she gets from the hospital that might help them out (like if someone who owes them money or someone who fucked them over before rolls into the emergency room she’ll text Andy their room number) or if her father happens to let something about an active investigation slip to her (though he’s really careful about that now that she and Andy are back together, it was more common when he thought she was out of the life) she’s pretty quick to pass that along too.
What is a plot that you’d like to do but haven’t explored yet?
U kno wat I keep trying to put Ro in morally questionable situations to see how it’ll make her react but she just keeps proving over and over again that she’s a shitty, selfish person who doesn’t feel bad about most things as long as it works out for her and her people.

9. Would they ever associate with someone from the opposing MC (for members/associates)? Do they mingle with both MCs (for neutrals)?
Only to harass them. Or if she needs Seth’s help in murdering someone she GUESSES she can suck it up and deal with him :/ Other than that she only feels pure hatred for the Trojans and pretty much wants nothing to do with anyone. Even when she sees Ford she’s a bitch to him.
13. Have you ever done drugs? If so, why did you choose to not continue/why did you continue to?
NO
16. Who is your character loyal to?
The club, her husband, and most importantly.... herself (:
26. What is a plot that you’d like to do but haven’t explored yet?
Once again...... someone offer her a line when she’s blacked out or something.........
