Cosa sono i рeptidi❓ e a cosa servono? Day One: So yesterday, 8-7-17 was day one of 360. I'm doing the sculpt side, as opposed to sweat, because my goal is not to lose weight, but tone and whatnot. My starting weight is 128 lbs. The Workout: The first day was a little harder than I anticipated. I'm used to basically walking forever, but actually working for a half hour was a lot harder for me than I expected. It was recommended to either workout first thing in the morning then eat breakfast, or wait 3 hours after eating to workout. I decided to workout first thing and let me tell you I'm not doing that again. It was awful. I did all the modifiers and it still was hard for me. I didn't have the energy. It was terrible. I do think my resistance band is too advanced for me, but still. I'm rather embarrassed about how it went. But that's where everyone starts, isn't it? We all have to start somewhere so I've got to keep going. The Nutrition Plan: I don't like the word 'Diet' for this. My boyfriend keeps saying diet and I don't like it. Diet has such a negative connotation; like I want to lose weight when it's really just getting me on the right track health wise. It's not so much a diet as a nutrition plan. Something to get you started in the right direction. The first week has a strict meal plan that decreases calories for six days. After that it's just suggestions and help with calorie and nutrition calculating, which is actually pretty awesome. I did flip my meals around for different times of the day because of my schedule, but I figure it'll all work out alright. I realized I don't actually eat that much when I struggled to eat all the food in the menu. And it was only 1,200 calories! I did, however, buy and consume an energy drink at work due to a headache from hell (caffeine dependence is no joke), so Tuesday I'm going to drink coffee in the morning instead and hope that works out for me. Because I weigh 128, I should be drinking at least 64oz of water a day. I was just 8oz shy of hitting that goal. But hey, that's a hell of a lot more water than I usually drink a day, so that's good. We'll see how we do tomorrow.
