I wish the mods for Rival Hearts and the Village add-on for married couples still worked in Stardew Valley.

I want rivals in love. I want to have to race Abigail or Sam to Sebastian (although the mod was only programmed for straight couples). I want to have the struggle like in real life.

I'm the new farmer moving to town, giving Sebastian a few shiny blue rocks isn't going to cut it against his childhood best friends and band mates. I need the excitement in my life that one of them could be his love, and then they move to their own cute little house and have children who I secretly despise.

I want to see other single characters finding their own happiness in Stardew Valley. I want those mods that make my own kids grow up. I can suspend disbelief, and I don't have to age or die for 100 years, but I want to see the town grow.

I want it to feel just a little more real.

I mean, if I have to settle for Victor in Stardew Valley Expanded or June in Ridgeside Village, it isn't the end of the world, but I want competition for my emo boy. I crave it.

I wish I could code, so I could build these mods myself. Can I pay someone to do it?

Imagine rivals for expansions, too. UGH. I could have my own little drama village. Let's make it even more queer.
