okayyy so I am nearing year 3 on my vanilla/elliott save! Still haven’t finished the community wanted but I am rich as fuck and have 20+ pigs and a greenhouse built like an ancient fruit wine machine. I have a few goals I’d like to accomplish still.. pretty much just getting my farm & ginger island layout completed and then I move on.
after I am done,,,,,, i think I’m going to download a fuckass ton of mods but I keep romancing Elliott and it is… Time to spice things up so that means poll Time!

shane has stated in two different heart events that he only drinks joja cola and sparkling water when visiting the saloon (prior to AND post marriage mind you)
like i can understand not being a fan of his messy room aesthetic wise, ive never married other candidates for similar reasons. i can understand not liking his dialogue or how rude he can be. but just straight up misinterpreting shane’s recovery process and using that to write him off is really fucking weird. he does not start drinking again, and his 14 heart event goes out of its way to address this. and besides it’s not like he stops visiting the saloon after his six heart event either, but nobody pretends like he’s still drinking alcohol there, because again, his seven heart event goes out of its way to refute that claim.
there’s completely valid reasons to dislike shane, but his “drinking” post six heart event is not one of them.
