SIGHTING REPORT / IC487 DATE OF REPORT: 201X-10-31 LOCATION (REGION): Central America LOCATION (COORDINATES AREA): estimated to be 9°48'50.0"N 84°06'50.0"W to 9°51'10.0"N 84°05'60.0"W DESCRIPTION: Footage of an illegal street race in a mountain road that was filmed around a year before the sighting report, in the footage two humanoid figures (in appearance to be lycanthropes, one male, one female) can be seen leaping over the the vehicles at several points in the video, seemingly attempting to match the travel direction of said vehicles. AGENT NOTES: Drivers involved stated "they believe what they saw were cougars jumping through the trees" when inquired. Video does not show direct contact with the lycanthropes seen in there, however it is suspected considering at the end of the video two voices (one male, one female) can be faintly heard giggling in the distance; hinting at this encounter being premeditated to some degree between the parties. -TEMPLE Agent D.
