Meren Hookweaver

Introducing a new youngin: Meren Hookweaver from a campaign with the lovely @estellisa. Mechanically he's a psi warrior dhampir, but this sweet baby boy lore-wise is a sea elf turned science project by a bunch of aboleths he thinks are his sea elf family. He's taken to the surface to continue his father's work by collecting all there is to know about the surface world, but is in fact, unknowingly an experimental aboleth spy. He's fairly good natured, simple, optimistic, and doesn't understand tact.

I am soooo happy how this turned out! The water was an absolute misery to work on, I can definitely feel I don't have experience drawing it, but hey. Thilia gives me great opportunities to figure out new stuff, and I'm grateful that I can kick myself out from my comfort, even if it happens accidentally :DD

I should definitely draw them more, I just love their chemistry and the way they care for each other. Probably this is the most beautiful romantic relationship I've ever had the pleasure following from the beginning, though I don't have a lot of experience on this field, mainly because I don't have a lot of active OCs. I'm also not playing DnD for the romance, but, when one of my children finds love, it has a warm welcome. It's usually a slow burn though, their true love can be extremely difficult to earn :DD
