𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 For India, 5 April is National Maritime Day, when we commemorate the maiden voyage of the very first India-flagged merchant ship, the "SS LOYALTY", from what was then Bombay to London on 5 April 1919. We also seek to raise awareness of the vital role of seafarers in global commerce. We recognise and illustrate this important anniversary first with some photos from the India-flagged vessels under our full management. The day is spelt out by a cool and contented gathering on the "PREM PRIDE", and then we have a rousing salute on the "BW PINE", whose crew (again under India's tricolour, on the "BW TYR") highlight both the day itself and also the mutuality in Synergy’s values.
