Transistor Seafood Pizza
This one was a real treat. It’s up to the maker what goes on top of this particular pizza - we went with what we could get our hands on the was fresh in the midwest, so if you live closer to the coast feel free to take some creative liberties! Whatever seafood you decide to pile on this, it’s bound to turn out delicious. Enjoy!

This seafood dressing recipe is easy to prepare, versatile, and loaded with high-quality protein to energize and satisfy you.
Well, I made the most of this depleted Saturday night. 🥩Pan seared tuna steak 🐟 🥩Pan seared swordfish steak🐟 ⚒Tuna steak⚒ - seasoning used- A simple seafood rub w/ salt pepper and olive oil ( add to steak before cooking). - Cook on moderately high heat. -Sear for 3 minutes (both sides) until the white of the cooked fish is even on each side. The centermost of steak should be raw (very rare). If you love sushi you will love this. -Simmer again on one side on low heat (1 minute) if needed. -Add a small layer of soy sauce and serve. ⚒Swordfish Steak ⚒ Seasoning used- A simple seafood rub w/ salt pepper and olive oil ( add to steak before cooking). Rub steak in each ingredient and let it sit for 2 minutes. -On moderately high heat place steak in a pan with olive oil. -First, sear on each side for 3 minutes until the steak is evenly cooked. -Simmer steak on low heat on both sides for one minute (depending on size). -Lastly, use cooking tongs to sear the skin until it reaches a brown crisp. This part is considered A delicacy and will be delicious if cooked correctly. -Allow the steak to sit on a clean plate for 1 to 2 minutes then served with whatever side you desire. Go try these two dishes, they were certainly delicious 🤤🔪🍽🙌🏿. ************************************ For coaching involving, nutrition, contest preparation, customized training, along with assistance and supplementation; visit builtbylomastro.com( link in bio).
