Easy Pan-Seared Scallops - Restaurant Quality At Home
Fresh flounder fillets cooked to perfection in a pan with a tasty garlic lemon butter sauce.
Ingredients: 4 fresh flounder fillets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
Instructions: Pat dry the flounder fillets with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place flounder fillets in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Pour the garlic lemon butter sauce over the cooked flounder fillets. Serve hot and enjoy!
