#throwBACKthursday Looking at pictures of my back from a couple months ago(when I was skinny and hungry). I always look at old pictures as motivation before my workouts. It's ok to have people in the fitness industry that motivate and inspire you...but you should be able to find motivation from within yourself. The only person that's stopping you from achieving your goals is yourself. So look at your pictures and see what changes you have made or haven't made.... Be proud of your progress but always strive to be better. You should always try to be a better version of yourself. ----------------------------------------- 2nd BACK day of the week Focused more on vertical pull downs and higher reps. I love the #Swisslatbar because of the different hand positions you can do. Did a drop-set, where I started on the wider grip and then worked my way in. 10 reps at each hand position #latsonfiyah I had to throw in some rows but since I have legs tomorrow, I decided to do #sealrows.
