Starter for @seamonsterchild from Phineas!

"Would you believe me if I said my brother and I have met a mermaid before?" It was true, and Phineas had adored the encounter that night. Unexpected as it was. Then again, all good adventures weren't something that could be planned out fully, that's what made them fun.

He smiled. "I think the ocean is pretty cool. There's so much down there that we don't know about yet. It's a world of endless possibilities."

Hacker sat under an umbrella at a street café. The little seaside Italian town was the ideal setting for a holiday getaway. Too bad the supervillain had to bring work with him. He knew it wasn't healthy, taking work with him everywhere he went, his therapist would warn him as much whenever he caught Hacker getting too wrapped up in his latest scheme.

And the cybervillain tried, he really did. Only sometimes there came opportunities too good to pass up. Like this one. He set down his cup of coffee and picked up the map that had been resting on the table in front of him. A grand, world shaking treasure awaited him just beyond the reef, he could practically feel it.

Sensing a shadow over him, he raised a hand to snap his fingers. “Cheque please,” he said, without looking up. When he didn’t get a reaction, he glanced up. “Who are you?”

Rapunzel laughed at the hug, raising a hand for Pascal to sit in. “Decorating pumpkins?” she questioned, never having heard of such a thing, “Like decorating a cake?”.

"Hey, Alberto. Um...this is a really random question...uh...have you ever been kissed before?"

"Luca?" Alberto tilted his head like a confused dog, looking at him. Something was different about this Luca, but he wouldn't push it. It had been a while, after all. He bit his lip as he tried to think of an answer that would make him seem.. cool or like an expert.

"Pfft, yeah. Of.. of course I have?.." He crossed his arms over his chest, giving a weak smile that betrayed his level of confidence.

When he sees Luca, there’s a simper on his lips. That was until the brief second between clocking Luca was going to launch himself right into him and catching the shorter boy. Panic stricken, he doesn’t want to miss in case he drops his dear friend. Flailing his arms up just enough to enfold the other. 

*   𓋒   ❝ LUCA! ❞ He laughs out his surprise. ❝ Ciao, Luca! ❞ Alberto merely adjusts his hold on Luca, carrying him bridal style, the latter preteen is incredibly light. Green eyes staring into Luca’s brown ones with nothing but love and admiration. He is so lucky to have his best friend in his arms right now and he knows it. His heart always beats so loud around him it drums right into his ears. 

He’s only thankful he had put down the barrel of fish he was carrying for Massimo when Luca had surprised him.

This was a nice surprise. He couldn’t help wonder...

*   𓋒   ❝ Did you miss me?! ❞ They’ve only been separated for half an hour. Alberto having to get up early to help Massimo unload his catch he hadn’t wanted to wake Luca so he left but he and Luca were together again now.

   When Riley’s parents had said they were moving, all the way to ITALY wasn’t exactly what she expected.

   This was a small town, just like their old home back in Minnesota.   That part at least was comforting.   But there was no way to play hockey here, and the kids were few, and she’d hardly ever seen a beach in her life before now.   Normally she’d be trying to make new friends ; she almost didn’t feel like herself anymore, though.

   So here she sat on the sand near the water, waves lapping at her feet, staring down instead of really engaging with her environment.   It was only when she heard a distinct splash, something that definitely wasn’t just a wave hitting, that her head snapped up.

          “   Uh ... hey ... is somebody there ?   HELLO ?   ”

       there was a nervous energy building up inside of alberto’s chest as he waited for everyone to leave the train as it pulled into the portorosso station. he pushed himself to stand on the balls of his feet, peeking over the small crowd of people in order to try to catch a glimpse of a familiar head of hair, excitement and nerves twisting around his stomach. he’d been counting the days for summer to arrive, for luca and giulia to return home from school, and this as FINALLY the day. 

     a head of wavy brown hair quickly caught his attention, and alberto pushed himself to stand on a crate, getting a better look at his friends, expression pulling up into a huge smile, lifting his arms up in an enthusiastic wave, bouncing slightly in his excitement.

    “ ciao! LUCA! ”
