These are both really great tips as well! If you do feel like you're hitting a plateau, do your best to find new ways to challenge yourself (watch movies without subtitles, read the newspaper, etc.). AND YOU DEFINITELY HAVE TO STUDY ABROAD :D That was literally the best decision I've ever made and my German got so much better (and I changed as a person, got to travel, etc.!!) . If you can, you should try to go for a whole year! I was the only one in my year to go for a whole year, and everyone wished they had been there longer. And I couldn't have imagined only being there for a semester!
