It’s concept art time! A little peek into my process of creating a 38 page comic.
This took roughly 7 months to complete, even though I had the idea for this story for nearly three years. I actually wanted to write this out as a r/Nosleep story, told from Libby’s perspective, but I’ve never posted anything on reddit, so I went with a comic instead.
As for the pictures, we got some scenery pics (though I wish I had drawn more of the island. Oh well, live and learn)
There’s some sketches and a turnaround of Becca (Who has honestly become of of my favorite kids at Lake Obscura)
Some ancient pictures of Libby circa 2004-5 (Why yes, I was a huge fan of Invader ZIM and JTHM, how did you know. Also I couldn’t include most of my art of Libby because it was so weird and bloody. I just really liked blood and body horror back then. That’s a little concerning)
I might draw a few extra things, but that’s it for Seas of Infinity! I hope you enjoyed this comic, maybe shared it with a few friends. I’m currently working on the main story for Lake Obscura. I’m not sure if it’ll be a comic, or written prose, or maybe even an RPG maker video game, I just know it’s a project I love with characters and a setting I can’t get enough of.
