Comic Book Saturday
Hopper is new to Stately Academy, and doesn't really want to start going there. But, she does eventually find a friend, Eni, and then, they decide to try and solve one of the many mysteries in the school building. Why is it covered with number 9s. (Yeah, thanks Gene Leun Yang, now I have the “Nine nine nine, Fantastic number nine” song in my head… “It all comes back to nine”.)
It’s a really cool book. It has numbers, programming, and the usual sort of middle grade, middle school storylines too (bullying, finding friends, being new, etc.). And, it’s a series, woo! More mysteries.
