😆: Who or what makes your muse laugh the most?

what makes me laugh the most? Hmm.. puns and jokes are good, comedies, stand up.. that kinda thing.. but... when I’m really happy I’ll sometimes laugh just because I can. I find humour in most things if ‘m honest.

I usually have no problem binge-reading fanfics. But TPI? I couldn't do it. I HAD to keep taking breaks to recover from all the second-hand embarrassment. xD Your writing makes me feel as genuinely embarrassed as I would if I were actually in those situations. I don't know how you manage to do that, but you do it SO well! Also, yours is the most in-character Sans I have EVER SEEN. Amazing work on this story, it's hands down my favorite SansXReader. Thank you so much for writing it!

thank you! i’m glad you like my sans. i try really hard to keep him as canon as possible, which can be really hard sometimes considering he’s such an aloof and mysterious guy. but it makes for an interesting story i hope :)

Seeing Blueberry like this- crumbling into madness and losing his normally unfailing optimism- is just breaking my heart. CQ WHY. Break other characters if you must but NOT HIM. He doesn't deserve this. :'( Really though, great work! This is amazing.

The Map

“Thank you so much!” Secret Tale said, relieved.

The map was a simple one; hoof-drawn, with a few written instructions. It had been given to Secret Tale by her employer, Tattered Tome, who had just recently finished restoring an antique book for somepony and asked Secret Tale if she’d mind returning it to them. The map was a little torn now, but not unreadable.

"I think I can still make it out. It’s a good thing, too; I have a book that I need to deliver, and I don’t think I’d be able to find my way without this map.”

Secret Tale was surprised that the mare found her familiar. She didn’t recognize her, but that didn’t necessarily mean they hadn’t met. She tilted her head curiously.

“I’m not sure. Have we?” Secret asked. “I’m sorry– I’m terrible at remembering faces. But I travel all the time, and I meet a lot of ponies, so it’s definitely possible that we’ve met!”

She smiled and extended a hoof in greeting.

“If we have met, then maybe my name will ring a bell. I’m Secret Tale. What’s your name?”

"I knew it! Now I remember! You're from this desert town, right?" She said, grabbing Secret Tail's hoof and excitedly shaking it.

"Name's Knightingale by the way, and no, we haven't met before, or at least I don't think so, but I've heard of you." Roling her eyes and with a slightly annoyed look she added. "A lot, apparently."

"But anyhoof, I'm glad we met!" Nightingale said, smiling again. Then she had an idea. "Hey, do you want some company? I had a pretty boooring week, so a little chat would be nice. And I might be able to help you with your delivery. If it's anywhere around here, I know the place!" She said with absolute confidence in her voice. "And if not, meh, we at least would kill some time, right? So it'd be a win-win, what do you say?" Whispering to herself she added. "And this way I could find out myself what all the fuss is about!"

Knightingale was eager to get to know this mare better, maybe then she would be able to understand. And besides, Secret Tale does seem to be a nice pony, so she had nothing to lose and maybe she could even make a new friend this way, who knows?

The Map

Secret Tale huffed, staring up at a tall tree with frustration. The wind had blown something of hers into its branches, and she was having a great deal of trouble getting it back down.

With as much strength as she could muster, she bucked the trunk of the tree for what seemed like the millionth time. Still, nothing fell from its branches except for a few loose leaves. Defeated, Secret slumped down and sighed.

“If I had wings I could just fly up there and get it down…” She grumbled, still glaring up at the tree.

It was then that she noticed someone nearby.

“Oh, excuse me!” She called out, waving to get the other’s attention. “I’m sorry to bother you, but the wind blew my map into this tree. Do you think you might be able to help me get it down?”

The young grey mare just had a long and surprisingly exhausting, yet at the same time somehow boring week at the Royal Guard basic training camp. So she decided to instead of flying home, to just walk the few miles to get a little rest while enjoying the calming beauty of nature.

She was about half way back home north of Ponyville when she noticed someone waving at her and calling out for help. After trotting over the short distance and looking up in the tree she replied. "Yeah, sure thing, that's no problem! Just a moment."

She flew up and looked at the map, it must have been blown up by the wind and then got stuck on a rather pointy dead branch, she grabbed it and carefully pulled it off the branch, then she flew back down to the eagerly waiting mare.

"I'm sorry." She said. "But it looks like your map got stuck on a branch, so I fear that it's slightly damaged now, I hope this won't be a big problem."

She then focused her attention on the mare in front of her, and somehow this pony looked strangely familiar, she just couldn't put her hoof on exactly where she got this feeling from. With a puzzled look she then asked. "Hey, uhm, no offense, but do I know you?"
