the scene of everyone comforting Nancy at the end of 110
the re-enactment of the night of Tiffany’s murder in 114
the fireside ritual in 117
the Claw scene at the end of 118
the scene of everyone and the lamia at the Drew house near the start of 206
them all waking up with no memories in 211
everyone rallying around Nancy in 218, especially everyone sitting on the floor at Stonerock Manor
the opening scene of them ambushing Connor at the morgue in 302
“Murder room for the win” scene in 311
any of the Crew scenes in 405
basically all of 407 😁
and of course the final Claw scene in 413
Those are just the ones that come to mind, and I don’t dislike the ones I didn’t specifically mention! Hope you’re having a good holiday season so far. I’m excited to see what you make! 💛

Hello again! What a good question! Hmm.
I don't think I really do associate any particular bright colors with each season. ND isn't a very bright show, either lighting-wise or content-wise. It's a show largely about grief and trauma, after all, and the characters' responses to it.
The main colors I associate with Nancy Drew in general are the Crew's colors, I guess.
The colors of the girls' uniforms, gray/black for Nick and usually red or pink for Ace, often combined with blue.
And of course, the fact that in s4, Nancy and Ace basically swapped colors and spend most of the season wearing each other's colors, even when they're apart and think there's no hope. The fact that in 408, Ace's outfit is kind of a callback to his outfit in the Grimathorn episode, a white sweatshirt and a green jacket, and one of the main themes of both episodes is memory. The fact that in the ambyth vision, when Nancy runs to Ace at the docks she's wearing a bright red coat and Ace is wrapped entirely up in a blue blanket. The fact that they both spend the Black Door episodes mostly wearing shades of gray with accessories or details in each other's colors.
I have a tag I use for costume appreciation on ND gifsets, #cookies for the nancy drew costume designers, if you wanna scroll through that and read some of my ramblings about it. :)

I love every hug between Nancy and Ace; every time Nancy shoots Ace an amused sidelong glance; all of their scenes in 107; all of their scenes in 114, the scene in Owen's apartment in 118; the 'I know you'/'I know you too' scene in 209; everything about them in 218; all their scenes in 307; Ace telling Nancy in 312 that Temperance took advantage of her, she does everything she can to protect the town; their conversation at Ace's at the end of 402; the morgue conversation in 405; the 'I forgive you' scene in 413.
4. Favorite ND season has gotta be S2, I think, because it's such a coherent story from beginning to end, with what is possibly the best and most satisfying season finale I've ever seen.
5. My favorite season is fall!
