i really want to poke this spider i found in will’s backyard, but arachnophobia.. but i’m curious, but eugh no thanks dont like it at all

Yellow garden spider, I don't know much about them, except that they're not poisonous, but I would assume their bite would hurt, poke at it with a stick if you'd like. They eat anything that flies so it could be good to keep around, long as they don't build webs where you walk, hate to run into that thing.

what an interesting question, though! i don't think i've ever thought about what i anchor my portrayals to, honestly! usually my process of writing is jump started by a scene i'd like to explore applied to a character, so as i'm writing, i already have their reaction planned? if that makes sense?

but i guess ... one thing that drives my portrayals and actually propels me to make them MINE is............. ig my characterization of the specific trait of which i think drives someone to act and deliberate and even emote. and i know for a fact i spend a lot of time considering this as i'm going.

for example, with bakugo (and i know i write quite a different bakugo from a lot of other writers on here, which does make me a lil insecure because i like their bakugos !! for the most part) ... one thing that is super important to me to include is his crippling perfectionism and the way that part of him often... affects his interactions with others and/or you. So it's something i'm always thinking about when i am deliberately thinking... "what would he say or do in this scene if he was bothered by _?"

And for kiri, it would be the way he carries his shame. Or for shinso, his insecurities. things like that!! I'm not entirely sure if that's the proper way to describe it, but yeah!!!

anyway, i hope this wasn't too complicated and lengthy for you, sel! i'd love to hear what you think about when you write characters in different universes/moments too, and especially with a speechul boy like iwa ("i love shy buff men" written on my tshirt) !!!

MY TIMESKIP KATS........ Let's see... this........... LMFAO is ancient. Not super ancient, as in...... I've written most of it within the last few months, but ancient as in I originally started it in.......... 2022? Maybe? and ended up shelving it because I got some heat for talking about some major age gap DC I wanted to write and then had this grouped in with it.

It's really as simple as it sounds, I can't lie. A quirk sends Bakugo from the future back to a younger/current you!!!!!!!!!!! And it turns out, as he reveals, that you're married (even if you barely even know him, currently)!!!!!! And yes....... that means you have to fuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!😱😱😱

But honestly what's most interesting about it, is... I think it's going to be the longest smut piece I've ever written AND the best smut I've ever written, as adding to it feels like sewing some very intricate embroidery. So not only am I'm very impressed by my writing of it (hence why it's taking me so long).... I'm also just genuinely excited to keep working on it.

it's hard to say what i love the most about my writing--i always feel like what makes it so good is the ways that it caters to me specifically; i love when i'm able to weave in the absurd with the expected, and when i think it ends up flowing nicely!

as for qualities of bakugo, that's a toughie. i love highlighting.......his genuine admiration of you, as well as the more... soft bits of him that appear when you really get to know one another. everyone may already know this about me, but domestic scenes where you're at your most comfortable around each other are my absolute favorite!!
