WHATS IN UR MIND ;
whats in ur mind manifests. what u think consistently everyday is what u will experience, thats just how the brain works. so if ur thinking positive thoughts, you'll experience positive things but the same is true if u think negative thoughts.
BE POSITIVE ;
affirm. affirm. affirm. if u dont want to experience it, then dont dwell on it. when u spend so much time dwelling on negativity you'll only perpetuate that into ur reality so can we not? be POSITIVE and dwell only on things that u want to manifest and experience.
DONT THINK TOO MUCH ;
with that being said, DONT THINK TOO MUCH. sometimes its good to get out of ur own head and just affirm positively on autopilot. dont spend so much time pondering things that upset you. ofc its important to ponder things that you struggle with because thats how u overcome them, but if u dwell on them too much you'll only perpetuate it. make ur mind a good place to be. dont worry about a thing ♡
dont give others the power to make u uncomfortable in ur own mind. dont dwell on other people's negative opinions or criticism, dont be consumed by a situationship. the center of ur universe should be you, you and YOU.
HOW TO MAKE UR OWN DOLLHOUSE (IN UR MIND) ;
this section is inspired by something that i read about in the book pyscho cybernetics and essentially the idea is that u create a space in ur mind that is completely and wholly yours. a place that u can go when u need a breather and i though it was just ADORABLE.
so create ur own dollhouse in ur mind. how i did this was i focused on my 5 senses and i imagined myself creating a space for myself. once i was done imagining it, i imagined myself walking into it and just relaxing in it.
♡ i imagine a cute room (pretty large) with baby pink wallpaper
♡ i imagine a balcony with fresh flowers and a cute pink chair
♡ pink drapes DUH
♡ plush couches with leopard print throw pillows and cashmere blankets
♡ very 90's hollywood mansion inspired with cute dolly music playing softly in the background
and whenever i want to i just imagine myself walking into this space and relaxing on the couch. painting my nails, doing a face mask or just talking to myself and its so soothing…💬🎀
WHAT SHOULD CONSUME UR THOUGHTS ;
♡ shopping
♡ glitter
♡ self pampering
♡ your education
♡ YOUR FUTURE (the most important one btw)
♡ urself and ur future
WHAT SHOULDN'T CONSUME UR THOUGHTS ;
♡ toxicity from any source (bad friends, social media etc)
♡ the past
♡ jealousy
♡ and anything that u DONT want to manifest
THINGS THAT CAN HELP UR MIND ;
if u find it particularly difficult to stay positive or ur just going through a hard time, first of all know that ur NOT alone and things will always get better 💗 some things that can help ur state of mind can include ->
getting a full 8-10 hours of sleep every night, staying hydrated and eating a balanced diet, getting sunlight and fresh air everyday, journalling and other forms of self expression. and to finish off this post i wanna leave u guys with some dolly affirmations to live ur best dolly life 💗

when manifesting i think that its important to adapt a mindset of "whatever, its my reality MY RULES" or like one of my favorite loa inspirations calls the BRAT mentality…💬🎀
think of the twice song YES or YES. thats how ur reality is. ur subconscious has no choice to say no or maybe or perhaps or anything OTHER then yes. cuz whatever u say goes. point blank period.
dont take no for an answer because whatever u say HAS to go, its the LAW of assumption. its a law and it can't fail so just stand firm in ur yes. so what should you do when u get a "no" from ur 3D?
♡ stand firm, dont take no for an answer
♡ remind urself who you are (god, operant power, boss, main character, whatever ur place is in ur reality)
no matter what u see or hear whatever ur persisting in is gonna be yours and is already yours. so be a brat in ur head 💕✨ stand firm in ur thoughts, have the brat mentality and decide that whatever u affirm is true PERIOD.
todays topic is about self respect and how putting others before urself is bad for u mentally, how to respect urself more and how to come to terms with not always being the "nice girl"…💬🎀

just to be clear being THE nice girl and being a nice girl are two distinct things. being the nice girl is mostly self proclaimed and is just a cover up word for being a doormat. being a nice girl is just being genuinely nice.
TAKE AN OBJECTIVE LOOK AT HOW UR BEING TREATED ;
if u think that u too may have some self respect issues that have gone unnoticed, or if u find urself relating to being "the nice girl" then i want you to take a look at how people around you treat you.
do u notice people constantly taking from u mentally and physically?
and when i say an objective look i mean without the idea of the person in ur head already. what that means is it doesnt matter if its ur boyfriend, best friend, etc. their title doesnt matter.
YOU HAVE NOTHING TO PROVE ;
stop trying to constantly prove that u deserve respect from others. its common sense that everyone deserves respect and u shouldn't be doing the most for people to see ur value. thats not hot. constantly trying to prove ur value is only going to wear u out and you'll end up burnt out and exhausted from trying to show everyone this or that.
ALLOW URSELF TO HAVE STANDARDS ;
you are a human being and u are allowed to have standards that u can hold urself to regardless of what that might make others perceive u as. because the only people who would have a problem with u setting boundaries are people who dont have ur best interest at heart, or people that have been taking from you.
SELF CONCEPT ;
as usual a lot, if not everything, can be brought back to ur self concept. if u see urself as a princess thats worthy of being treated with respect then you will be treated as such because u won't tolerate anything less. on the contrary if u see urself as a burden or as "less" then others, than you'll find urself experiencing a reality in which ur treated exactly as u see urself. DONT LET THIS BE YOU.
