not a confession but I do have a question for fictosxls. do you guys find yourselves attracted to fictionkins/introjects/that sort of thing, or is that different? overall how does that type of stuff work?

No, cause those individuals are still, in the end, real people (unless the person's semificto or anything similar). They may kin some characters, but that doesn't mean they're the original versions of those characters.

I don't wanna be disrespectful, as I don't exactly know how this type of kinning works, but if I understand it as an otherkin myself, it's like if an angelkin dated a devilkin, then physically they'd both still be humans, but spiritually & mentally, they'd be nonhuman.

So if someone dated a fictionkin of their f/o, then even if the kin may be mentally & identity-wise the exact character, physically & existentially, they can never be 100% that character. And while some fictos would date them, most would probably just get uncomfortable & choose not to interract with them instead.

That's how it feels talking in some ficto spaces, especially if someone's asking about the whole thing; you try to give them a neutral view, but then some mf comes, and makes it sound like people are inherently a good species; not neutral, or more on the evil side; just straight up "good", flawless, and worth the hustle.

You can't just tell someone that's skeptical if to do something, that may affect them in a negative light, it's straight up a good idea to go through something that's so neutral, as inherently positive; Since it isn't. You don't even know the person in the first place.

I kinda wish the semificto flags were cuter, the ones we have rn are. Alright. I really don't like the color selections and the orders, they don't make sense and the way the top colors on both flags blend hurts my eyes 😵‍💫

I want to make new ones, but I'm not sure if they'd be picked up and used, yknow? I loveeee the label, semificto is the most perfect way to describe my identity with my FOs, but the flags. Eugh-
