Summary: The heater in Peter's apartment goes out on the coldest day of the year and the landlord seemed to be overrun with maintenance requests. Calling Tony to help him out seemed like the next logical solution. After all, he had told him many, many times that he should call him if he ever needed anything.  The man had never really specified what 'anything' meant but he figured that by definition, 'I'm cold and you know how to fix things.', fell into that category. Right?

it's so hard to find contemporary "serious" literature.. like i googled contemporary literary fiction and i got like, the goldfinch and kite runner etc like stuff that your stepmom would give you for christmas.. and maybe i'm just being a snob idk but like i'm looking for arresting difficult experimental stuff but everything gives airport newsstand when i look at it. and maybe it's just bc the graphic design has become so homogenized? but idk i'm just trying to find some real LITERATURE of like a snobby level bc i'm a snob. and idk where to look. i guess i should just do the obvious thing and talk to a fucking librarian
