I somehow timed it so that the voice on the app said "your workout is complete" just as I turned into my driveway

Not a great day for me. Don't feel well mentally or physically. Ran half a mile in the dark, just to stay in the game. 💙
The running streak is broken 💔
I am sad to do it, but I cannot run today. I just feel awful. I think the steroid the ENT doc gave me for my head pain has worn off, because I feel like burning garbage. I can't run like this, I can't even sit at my computer and game right now lol.
23 days is my longest run streak ever though, and I'm proud of myself for the effort put in up to this point. If I am doing better tomorrow, I will pick right up where I left off. I hope everyone else has the best of luck and good runs in their future! 💖

Hilly, humid 5k 👌 Chose a paved path today since my poor, long suffering husband hates when we come home muddy lol.

Surprisingly easy 5k, felt great today.

Had to push the run to the evening today to get other errands and such done. Got the husband to come out with me though! ❤️. We always unintentionally end up dressing matchy matchy 😂
