Aflarea Moaștelor Sfântului Cuvios Serafim de Sarov este comemorată anual pe 19 iulie. Glorificarea Sfântului Serafim de Sarov (2 ianuarie) a avut loc în 1903, la 70 de ani după moartea sa.

Trust me, this is something that has been bothering me as well... Hence why I want to rework Serafim's reference and story details (its not fully fleshed out yet). This is why you don't slam random info onto a character's reference for Artfight just to get done with it and not procrastinate any further x)

I intended him to be both a priest and a monk at the beginning of his monastic journey. However, I've learned its not as simple to become a priest in the orthodox church, and you have to be chosen to be one by the bishop. So the right wording would be "low rank monk" aka a novice.

Serafim strives to become both, but he has to prove to his monastery that he's not only cut out to be a monk, but also that he's good enough to become a priest
