Godzilla Film Posters & Release dates from the Socialist Yugoslavian times
These are posters for kaiju movies, both Japanese and American, released in the former Yugoslavia. If there's one or more I'm missing then i
Here's something for my followers to experience something from the times my parents grew up with in the socialist federal republic of Yugoslavia. (Which is now made up of 6 or 7 countries, depending on who you're asking, which also includes my Native Serbia.) It features posters and some conformed release dates, which confirm their presence in the Balkans, while it's a good thing a good chunk of some Godzilla films were released here in my neck of the woods, unlike in Hungary, but unfortunately there aren't many Balkan or South slavic Godzilla or kaiju fans at all. So in this case
Hungary: Only a very small amount of Japanese Godzilla films & the more recent American films - a large fanbase mostly on the 1998 film & series, and Hungarians like sci fi as on that European map that shows what streaming genre each European country likes.
Yugoslavia (Now Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Montenegro & Macedonia): - A better amount of Godzilla films were released including the 1954 original which didn't get to be imported to Hungary. - But the fanbase is either very small or non existent, as nobody in Serbia gives a hoot about Godzilla or tokusatsu in general, being considered either stupid, too campy or z grade childish trash by some snobby snarky film critics on their blogs, In favour of more western appropriate things like western sci fi, americanized media and Anime. (The only acceptable Japanese thing amongst Serbs.)
And yes it's true Godzilla is a female in Some Slavic countries including the former Czechoslovakia & The former countries of Yugoslavia. (Yes Godzilla's a girl to us Serbs.)

going into foreign countries, occupying, raping, pillaging and killing people in masses is not protecting your own people or something God would want👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Especially FUCK YOU TO Serbian fascists who claim that Kosovo is theirs and who praise literal fucking war criminals! Seriously fuck you! Whining and crying while your fucking people lust for more blood and want to ethnically cleanse my people and Kill all Muslims!
Muzej ćilima...♥️
Pirot, Srbija
