Another really funny plot concept for "Jedi leave the Republic for their own safety/survival well before the war hits" is that Dooku goes out, claims his title as Count of Serenno, and then just invites his entire ten-thousand-strong extended Jedi Family to join him.

Who's going to stop him? His planetary government, that he's in charge of and can easily convince that Jedi are a good thing for agriculture and education and medicine? The Republic?

Sidious is left staring because not only did he fail to make this rich old former Jedi fall, but the rich old former Jedi stole all the Jedi he was in charge of, including ten-year-old Skywalker.

Looking For a Fic

So there was this fic that followed Padme (where the ship was skill Anidala) like using her story from the Queen's Shadow books and starts at the same place and time as Book 2 (so when she gets to the Senate and there is the droid that malfunctions and tries to kill her) but she is being mentored by Dooku?

And he steps in and redirects her from getting killed etc. He still goes bad, but its so much more heartbreaking and so much better written than the actual movies were, and the development and corruption of Dooku was soooo well done and moving but I can't remember what it's called for the life of me?

I remember Jenza showed up at some point, and I think that Padme meets Obi Wan after she is watering Dooku's plants?

So if anyone has any idea what it was called, any help would be massively appreciated.

And for anyone who hasn't read it and is a fan of Dooku or Padme, Id absolutely recommend it! Especially for people like me who love torturing their favourites, its absolutely heartbreaking and just a stellar read

Prince Obi-Wan/Knight Cody fic

I'm trying to plot out an old idea I had for a Codywan medieval AU fic where Obi-Wan is a Prince and Cody is a Knight. In the fic, Dooku is the current King, while Obi-Wan and Anakin are his grandsons (with their father, Prince Qui-Gon, dead). All the clones are the Knights. I can't decide, in this situation, what planet I should name this royal family's kingdom after.

What should the kingdom be called?

Serenno (because Dooku is King)

Stewjon (because Obi-Wan is heir to the throne)

Kamino (because the clones are the knights of the realm)

Coruscant (because all of them have lived there/it's a centre of importance)
