Bull headed Set-Ra and Mafdet this time around.
Dua Set-Ra!
O' Great of Strength,
Bringer of Storms,
I feel the storm within my heart beginning to calm,
downpour turning to drizzle,
though lightning still flashes,
and thunder rolls.
You have guided my steps so long,
across the sands of time and change.
And now,
my ka is strong,
my heart speaks truth.
I am whole.
My heart beats with the drums of the wide, wide sky.
The skin of Hethert is covered in spotless clouds the color of bones. Not a single breath of Shu travels, not even one lifts up the wings of birds.
There is no shadow upon the will of the solar disk, shining above us.
Yet thunder rolls... & we cannot catch neither its head nor tail.
A white-gold day for Set-Ra, the heat that loosens.
My praises to you, O Light of Life, Strongest of All Lights. Dazzling & mighty.
Who seeks out every corners that are dark & full of terrors; who pierce through each with unflinching brilliance.
O' Great of Strength,
lend me your arms.
Strengthen my ka,
steel my ba to face my future.
Lend your breath to my nostrils,
so I may be filled with power.
O' Set-Re,
your rays give me life,
and your arms hold me up,
so I may stand on my feet.
O’ Set-Re
Lord of Storms,
The Sun that shines through the Clouds,
once more you jolt into my life,
like a bolt of lightning striking the lone, dead tree.
My ba is filled with sekhem,
emboldened by your presence.
O’ Set-Re,
to you I raise my arms,
praising your divine radiance,
for it is you who shaped me,
and rebuilt me anew.
Storms rage through my life,
A tree alight from the strike of the sky,
In the winds and whipping,
I find solace.
O' Set-Re,
your rays eventually shine through the might of your storm,
cleansing my ka,
and bringing my ba to flight.
Dua Set-Re!
Your thunder rolls in my heart,
filling my body with the breath of your ka,
O’ Set-Re,
I raise my arms to you.
I thank you for bringing chaos to me,
for whipping up the wild storm
which crashed through stability
to build something new.
Dua Set-Re!
