Did you know Vogue magazine’s editor in chief Anna Wintour is also executive producer of Late Night With Seth Meyers? No. You did not know that because that is not true. But, it was the premise of a funny sketch that featured Wintour, who effortlessly portrayed the person calling the shots at Late Night.
As Meyers humorously noted, “A lot of people don’t realize that along with being a fashion icon, Anna Wintour has been behind every major comedy decision in the last 40 years. Saturday Night Live was her idea, she directed Animal House, she told Jerry Seinfeld the show should be about nothing.”
New Jobs for British Actors on ‘Red Nose Day’

Amy Poehler stopped by Late Night and she and Seth Meyers performed their classic segment 'Really? with Seth and Amy.' The two went after Sports Illustrated writer Andy Benoit who recently tweeted that women's soccer, and women’s sports in general, weren’t worth watching. "I guess I'm not surprised you work for sports illustrated. You guys put out a swimsuit issue every year dedicated entirely to women who aren’t in sports. Unless you think that it's a sport to cover both boobs with one arm," criticized Poehler. She then brought up a sports figure that gets a lot more coverage than most other athletes, saying, "Women do have a lot in common with Lebron (James). We wear headbands. We love to travel. And much like Lebron in the finals, we often find ourselves asking 'hey can I get some help around here?'"
