Do you have a (earthly) map of your country OCs?, like, border and size and stuff like that?.

Yes, though I need to remake it: this is at least a year old now, and needs some major improvements. One for example being labelling and a simplified version for identification, but also I need to fix up general geography issues... The amount of ice is not a mistake. Setrodiyn is just really, really, really cold! The almost entirely ice country at the top is RidifanKell. The darker, mountainous one below it is ColskaKell. The large landmass in the centre is CohachiKell. The crescent shaped country to the southeast is MonfousetKell. The rest are kind of unidentifiable because, for whatever reason, I never properly labelled them! I should make that map redesign soon.

I crave more of Orukīt i need to know more about the creature with one of the best color pallettes around

Language & Setrodiyn lore drops. Orukīt and Yorugīs are hard to seperate! They were made as twin characters, never to be drawn apart - based on the concept of two codependent nations. Without one, the other cannot survive.

They are alike to my original 2018 interpretations of Canada and America, Oru as America and Yoru as Canada. A more innocent interpretation of their dynamic.

Since Yoru & Oru were innocent and stuck to themselves, they were not killed out of revenge; but instead a much slower, gradual collapse that was not even witnessed by the one who caused it, as he had already left.

Silly thing I remembered: out of all of my characters, Infina is the one with the most outfit variants. He has at least 4, while the rest settle at 2 at most. He even has multiple different designs for his ‘false arms.‘

By default, this makes InfinaKata the most passionate about fashion in my entire character roster; especially considering he designed every Setrodiyn countrys‘ outfits. (as well as the outfits of their failed predecessors)

Potentially more ∞posting later, potentially not. He is technically important to Complex Countries because he haunts the narrative all the time.

Infina Elaboration Piece Infina is one of my older characters, and I needed to change him a little bit. I used this to get across some of my ideas for him as well as a little bit of his slightly altered backstory (which i recently had to change)

Infina is a dramatized version of an obsessive artist focused on one medium, specifically he is based on me when I was younger and some other country personificationers I have met over the years lol. A person dedicated enough to sacrifice whatever it takes to keep working, passionate to a fault.

Side Notes: Infina did not always have the infinity symbol-eye. He only adopted it after he had already begun his experiments.

Infina was assigned to observe Earth for a long while by the Court - but eventually, the Judge made him stop because he was way too weird about it.

Infina uses a mix of it/its and he/him in English, while using exclusively deity pronouns in the conlang.

Canonically, Complex Countries (species?) & adjacent entities are based on Infina, and not the other way around.

I worked on this for like 8 straight hours. A little bit less detailed than I hoped because I wanted to go to sleep. Honestly a bit embarassed about it now, but I spent way too long on this not to do something with it. FUN FACT: Holding a mouse in a tense position for several hours makes your hand hurt really bad.

A portal that can only be opened with machine-like precision, and the naïve trust of someone willing to lend you the flower centerpiece. After InfinaKata chose to retire and rest indefinitely far, far away from Setrodiyn and its Complex, he leant his flower ’accessory’ to his most trusted son. In the Infinity Flower and most of Infina’s colour choices in his designs and plans, red purple and white (∞) are prioritized; the top of the hierarchy, closest to Infina himself. They represent Monfouset and Ridifan respectively, the strongest and, more importantly, most respected by InfinaKata. But, Ridifan, unfortunately, was undeniably the favourite.

At least it appeared so.

Monfouset usually only stops or alters time for a period of a few hours to a few days to avoid detection, but it is not unheard of for him to perform longer stunts. His time-altering abilities have been known to make some people quite vengeful, as he often cannot (or will not) use them when it is most necessary.

I wanted to finally try and draw what he looked like under the.. thing he wears. Not very different from all the others, of course! Except for the experimentation scarring, which is usually covered by his half-cloak.

Country speculative biology continues. Really, I haven’t made that many changes in a while, but putting things together again and doing very slight adjustments is my whole thing.

Anything you do not see explained here probably goes under one of these explanations: 1. Removed for simplicity. 2. Removed because there is no decent way to put these design traits together using 100% factual data. 3. Thought it was fun. Other notes: At one point, I considered giving Complex Countries fur; but it would make how their symbols work more confusing, so I decided against it. Also only works for chibis. Setrodiyn countries go by the ORIGINAL design scheme: 3 fingers was how I drew every country until about 3 years ago. I never changed it for them because it kind of clicks, and it gives them a visible differentiation from Earth countries that is very useful. Every country has pyro telekinesis, but it is uncommon to see Earth countries use it. The pyro telekinesis ability comes from how I chose to depict countryball ’hands’ when I was younger. Usually, they just have sort of invisible telekinesis, but I wanted to make it more clear.

For Earth countries, it has a limited range. However, UN can use this ability as much and as far as he likes!

UN also does not have claws. He is also the only entity in the Complex who’s wings are actually, physically, a part of his body. Figure that one out.
