a guide to watching Sleepy Hollow:

accept that this show is ridiculous

i mean, i think they really hit their stride when they had everyone in one episode- Irving, Jenny, Abbie, & Ichabod

but it was then that i realized how truly ridiculous this show is

i am so glad i found that out in the beginning, because now i really enjoy it

anything that happens from now on i can get with, as opposed to trying to be serious and then get into ridiculousness

obviously it's crazy-  it's a show about a headless horseman- but i'm noticing some speech patterns and the way things are shot, and i know that even the actors know some of this stuff is just crazy, and they are having fun with it

so good job sleepy hollow. you're handling these ideas much better than once upon a time has handled theirs, and they have more material to use
