SUMMARY: Jisung loves his noona but he really doesn't like it when she can't stop herself from embarrassing him.

Not every day your favorite child (don't tell Chenle!) becomes an adult. She honestly feels like crying — Wasn't he like 5'2 a few years ago? Why was he growing?
It's not something she would tell him (he would be so embarrassed!)
Today on his special day she is taking him (and the dreamies, of course) to eat at this nice restaurant that gives them security so that no one follows them.
(The last thing they want is to have their day ruined).
On the way to the restaurant, Haechan keeps fake crying because "the maknae is finally an adult" and Jaemin can't stop hugging Jisung.
"Please stop. I beg you," he pushes him away.
He tries to sound annoyed, but the smile on his lips betrays him, and then it's another five minutes of teasing the maknae until they get to the restaurant.
Jisung is the first one to get out (run away) from the arms of his hyungs and catches up with Seren. He has never really said it out loud, but he adores her. He loves that she has always been there for him, supporting him and giving him advice. He also likes that she always made time for him, even when she didn't have much time — he understood that she had her stuff and a boyfriend that she wanted to spend as much time with as possible, and yet his noona always gave him a little of her time.
They all have a good time, with some scolding from Seren because Chenle and Mark keep laughing so loud that several times other people have to approach them to ask if they can just please... stop.
(They try, but it's impossible).
Quite apart from that, everything is still nice, and for the first time, Jisung doesn't feel as embarrassed by all the noise they are making.
Seren loves cake and saving money, so when she saw a group of waiters congratulate a little boy and give him a cake, she immediately decided that they needed one too.
"Jisung, do you want cake?" she looks at him.
"Yes."
"Yes, we also want."
"Go buy one, Serenity," ordered Jeno with a grin, trying to sound casual.
She glares at him. "Ya, do you want to die? I'm not gonna buy one... I'm gonna ask him for one."
Jisung didn't have time to react because suddenly Seren was standing up and calling the same waiters that she had seen earlier.
"Oh, no."
"Oh, yes," cheered Jaemin.
"Hi, yes!" she greeted when one of them approached. "My name is Sohee, and today is his birthday — yes, the one covering his face, next to the one who seems to be choking on his laughter — and I'd really like to—"
"I'm Woobin, and yes, of course!" the waiter smiled brightly. "What is your name, little one?"
Little one!? Jisung was screaming in his head, and the boys were definitely not helping (not that he expected them to be helpful). He was sure now that they would make fun him for another five years.
Jisung scratched his head and met Seren's eyes, asking for help.
"Jisung, that's his name"
"Okay, so do you have a favorite cake?" Woobin asked, still smiling. Woah, he doesn't get tired. "The most requested is red velvet, but we have chocolate, oreo—"
"That!" Seren interrupted him, suddenly sounding excited at the thought of her favorite cake. "Oh, sorry about that. It's just— he really likes oreo cake."
(Sure, he liked it, but not as much as she did).
"Noona,"
But she ignored him. "And do you happen to have birthday hats? He really likes those."
No, he didn't.
Okay so maybe Jisung spoke to soon when he said it was a good day without him being embarrassed — really, he must have seen it coming because when Seren wasn't in the company of 127 she got really wild.
The waiter Woobin returned, this time accompanied by four other waiters holding an oreo cake, birthday hats, and of course, their big smiles. The boys were really grateful that no one had recognized them when Seren and Haechan started singing Happy Birthday (with high notes, pretending to cry and hugging each other).
Jisung had enough when they seemed to want to make a toast, and stopped them.
"Noona, that's enough." he thanked the waiters. "I really liked it but..."
"But I got you cake," she frowned.
Jaemin hugged her. "Yes, Jisungie, she got you free cake!"
She started complaining to Mark about "these kids, they don't appreciate anything"
"But noona..." Jisung tried to explain. "It was... uh, it was kind of embarrassing. It's just that when you're just with us... you can be really... wild."
They all thought for a moment, it was true.
"Noona, you're insane, okay? Especially when you're with us."
She pouted. "But you love me, right?"
"Not right now I don't."
"Then, stop eating the cake!"
