The hand at my jaw slides down to my throat. I wish he would dig his fingers in – close off my windpipe and stop my breath for good – but he won’t. Instead, he teases me. He listens to my heartbeat, touches my throbbing pulse points, reminds me so torturously that I am still alive in such a vulnerable state.

Then at long last, he mercifully covers my eyes, fingers still cradling my throat.

My embarassingly late entry for the FF Kiss Battle 2025 !! It also just so happened to perfectly fit the @juneofdoom 2025 day 27 prompt, which was "I'm so sorry / Weak/ Embrace". @vrazdova / @safety-caesars this is in response to your prompt, which was "Clyde/Baram: Knives"... my OTP is the teeniest tiniest rarest ship so of course I had to do something! It was meant to be a quick sketch and it just became enormous lol. This is actually my lil tribute to the sleep paralysis scenes from your fic, Shadow's dreams in the original game were scary so thanks for making something already unsettling absolutely devastating 🥲 AO3

Practicing expressions and deciding eye shapes in the second. Really indecisive about Cele’s eyes. Want them to be elegant but hard. Kinda imagine her being Eastern European.
