They talk about their families, and Woody knows about her relationship with Alejandro. Also sometimes Woody asks her for help with gifts for his wife and kids, so they are more or less the confident of each other.
The gossiping pair, they know EVERYTHING that happens in Black Tomb and the Shadow Company HQ. Even Graves is scared of them.
They can pass from the most weird shit conversation to a collage debate level conversation in just seconds.
No one understands them when they are talking, except maybe Edward and Elliot (the last one just half of the time).

Ready to fight Graves for him, and she demands that Flash visits Black Tomb at least twice a month.
Has taken him once to her family ranch, and really threw punches with Graves while Flash was distracted because the Shadow himself came to reclaim his kid.
Thinks of him as a sweet and talented boy, and is happy that he seems so happy with the Shadows.
Is surprised of his physical abilities and is sure he'll continue being an amazing person once he gets older, so she always cheers for him as well. (Her boys don't know this xd)
(I can only imagine Graves and Alicia like the parents that fight over the children custody :/ or maybe the friends that will kick their ass when no one's looking but will be well behaved in public)
