i'm fine, just. okay so i have a lot of dxs? and sometimes i forget i have them? kind of? idk how to explain it other than "oh yeah. i am in fact professionally diagnosed for that and THAT'S why i'm experiencing symptoms of this." like. i'm doc dxed for OCD, BPD, and a shit ton of other stuff. And then i see a post about one of those things and i kinda go on a rabbithole spam reblogging stuff about it bc i'm like "oh yeah!!! this is relatable!!! forgot about how relatable this is!!!"

so i'm fine, i'm just remembering my diagnoses and am like 'oh yeah this knowledge can help me take better care of myself' and so then i go on a spam reblogging journey.

yeah they’re super immature with that shit. my go to is just blocking them without engaging, because they’re clearly hoping for a reaction, so why give it to them? also, if you’re feeling particularly petty, spam their hate tags with positivity. i’ve seen them get mad about that. as if they didn’t start it lmao
