I have a big event this weekend, so I want my skin to look good! In addition to a solid skincare routine, I’m diligently avoiding dairy and sugar- both make my acne flare up. I’m also increasing my fruit and veggie intake, putting the Vital Proteins Collagen Powder in my coffee and taking my usual supplements. I wish I could also magically lose a few pounds by Saturday but I can’t expect miracles 😆... so, I’m just going to work on making my skin look awesome. That seems more do-able lol.
