Happy Friday! This morning I did a skincare sandwich routine lol. I’m pretty sure that I read about this on @carolinehirons blog. It’s when you mist between each product step for additional hydration. In my head, I also call it the mist sandwich. 😆 It’s quicker than doing 7 Skin method with all the toner patting, IMO. I like using the Urang Rosewater Mist for this because it’s not sticky and doesn’t fight with the other products in my routine. Some mists leave a sticky finish, KWIM? But, this doesn’t! My face is basically announcing to the world that my period is expected next week.😆😑 I treated the new acne spots last night with my trusty @tataharperskincare Clarifying Spot Solution. This dries out the zit, but doesn't dry out the surrounding skin so I never have issues with flaking skin when using this acne treatment. Also doesn't bleach my towels and sheets like benzoyl peroxide used to. I was thrilled when Tata Harper came out with more products for acne prone skin last year! Looking forward to more newness this year. I'm almost done with the @biologique_recherche_usa P50 1970. I've tried 2 (or three?) P50 versions and the original works best for me. Before committing to the full size of 1970 though, I'm going to order the PIGM version for hyperpigmentation since that is one of my biggest skin issues. I did my evening #skincareroutine early because we're staying in tonight. At the last minute I decided not to do the @glowrecipe Watermelon Mask. My skin just looks better the next morning- a little brighter and more balanced. Vintners was nice for keeping dry and flakey tretface under control, but that was about it. At least for me. YMMV!
