It was 6 am, he woke up feeling tired and annoyed about someone knocking on his dorm, he usually woke up in the afternoon but the moment he saw who it was, he suddenly felt woken up. Camilo knows his bestfriend experience a toxic relationship with her boyfriend. They seem like a perfect couple but they aren't, when no eyes are looking, a fight always occurs between them two. He would advice her to leave him alone but she won't, because of love. Can it still be called love when all you do is receive pain, asked Camilo. Then she said, those are words that were blinded by too much emotions, that he didn't mean to as she smiled painfully. But Camilo looked at her in dismay, because he knows that the cuts healed, but her heart didn't with those things that keeps on repeating again. He knows how words can affect her inside out, she would always keep it to herself, but knowing her, she don't know how to handle such a thing.
Years passed, his bestfriend had broken up with the guy and it might feel great to be happy and celebrate but there is no time for that. It might sound like a typical lovesick feeling but he loved her with all his heart, he would still make coffee for two, even if he knows she doesn't drink those but only giving for her to subside hangovers to her mind and throat. At this time, he made another set of coffee for the two of them ready to visit her, as he drove through the highways and stop at a peaceful place. It was covered with leaves, autumn must be coming soon, he thought. He pushes off the leaves from the ground and sat down, placing the coffee in a steady ground as Camilo smiled painfully. Looking at the name engraved on the tombstone, the name of his bestfriend and his love whom he failed to show her how she deserves to be loved before she was gone. After the break up, one drink and having a low intolerance to it, she never drove again. Because she didn't survive and had woken up from above.

"Buenos Días, hola Y/N~ I always expect you here to come. It's your lucky day because there are new kinds of butterflies there." She said while you both smiled at each other, as you asked her what color were those. "They are the red ones, Y/N" you thanked her and walked through the garden.

The place is so peaceful, which would really help you to let your mind be away from the stress. You went to the section where the red butterflies are, and you can see that a butterfly is coming towards your way.
"I can see that the butterfly likes you" Someone with a husky voice came and said. You flinched at his voice who seems familiar on who it belongs to. Because of your sudden movement, the butterfly flew away.

"First of all, Camilo Madrigal is one of the best guys out there! Yeah, he jokes a lot and do pranks but that's what makes him lovable. Don't get me even started at his features, like those freckles, the smile, those curly hair. Just perfect. He is captain of the football team and a lead actor in theatre club. And is part of the amazing Madrigals. I mean, who can even top that?" You started daydreaming forgetting about the 'stranger' infront of you.

Your eyes widen at the sudden moment you two locked eyes. Your heart was beating so fast at the moment, practially worrying Dolores might hear it. You can't believe how you indirectly confessed to him.

Y/N's blushing and she is so cute. The first time I went here was because I am stress of my powers, so I found this place and I somehow find it peaceful to be in here. And then I found her, that's why I always try to visit her as soon as I am free so that I can try to talk to her. Sometimes we would encounter each other in town but just casual small talks. During the past weeks of being able to watch her here, I fell in love with her. Also, trying to get my sister know something about her. I thought she is way out of my league and probably like others who is much more better than me. But knowing how she appreciates me, makes me love myself and love her even more.
"Y/N im still waiting for the kiss~" I tease her and she blushed madly. Now she looks cute I want to keep her in my pockets, not literally tho. I mean she can fit, coz she's so small.
"Y-yah, okay fine..Only on the cheeks" She said and I pouted but I agreed anyways coz I have a plan. I am not called Camilo Madrigal for nothing.
She was already close and when her lips was about to touched my cheeks, I turned to her so that she had kissed me in the lips. Her lips are soft, I continued kissing her, still waiting for her response.
As I was about to pull away, she kissed me back. I put my hands around her waist, and her hands around my neck. We pulled away from each other and I stared at her eyes, those beautiful eyes that I love. And then a red butterfly land on her head, I chuckled.
"You love butterflies don't you, but I love you more." I said and she blushed.
"I know why we get to meet here today, because of this red butterflies that symbolizes love and I love you too" She said and boop my nose, I chuckled at what she did.
"Y/N I know this might be a rush but..uhmm..can you be–" Before I could finish my sentence she cutted me off with a kiss, which I grinned widely.
"Yes, Milo I am glad to be your girlfriend from now on" She said and I hugged her so tight.
When we pulled away I can see that she was worried and scared. Maybe because of what my family would think. I hold her hand tightly and smiled at her.
"Mariposa, don't worry mi familia will love you, especially Mamí. Besides, I only care about what you think of us, I dont care about what others will say" I said reassuring her and she smiled at me.
At night, I invited her to dinner and my family already loved her the first time they met her. And I was beyond happy.

It was april first, and the only day Camilo can go all around the town with pranks without getting grounded and stuff since its april fools day. He get to exempt himself from doing tricks without anyone being mad at him since it was given that this unofficial holiday was meant for him, so it can be an excuse for fun to him.
"MAMA!! Did you stock many arepas!?" Isabela panickly said as Luisa calm her down while also feeling anxious.
"Yes yes I did, as long as your Tío won't finish it before april 1st ends"
"Hey! Next time if you're gonna mock me atleast not in my face" Bruno said and walk away but Julieta just chuckled knowing that her brother cant stay mad at her.
"Why are you so anxious, Camilo will just prank you and if you end up getting hurt just eat an arepa" Mirabel said as Isabela glared at her and crossed her arms.
"Did you forget how I ALMOST LOST MY EYEBROWS LAST YEAR!?" She shouted as a flower was shove in Mirabel's face which cause her to blew it off.
"Sis, calm down. Your cactuses are getting everywhere" Luisa said as she got shocked at the sudden cactus that pop up in her side.
Isabela apologized as she tries to calm herself down. And as she is, a big strong wind appeared inside Casita.
They notice how Pepa was going back and forth, mumbling stuff as she started to be mad at Camilo on the things he will do for today's april fools.
"Amor, calm down I am sure Camilo will go easy on us for this year" Félix said which earned him a glare from his wife.
"Easy doesn't work on Camilo" She said as she suddenly went to where the others are and drink a cup of coffee to calm down.

"Poor her, she doesn't really know" Dolores said and squeeking after. As the other sighed knowing how evil Camilo is during april first.

You are currently walking on the bridge near Casita as Camilo asked you to meet him up there. Not being aware of the news you are about to hear.
You quicklt hugged Camilo as you saw him, but he didn't hugged back. You shrugged it off thinking he must be tired of his chores. Camilo on the other hand, is trying his best to act cold for the prank he is about to set for you. He was stopping himself to laugh at the thought of you imagining your reaction.

"Y/N, let's break up" He stopped you as he looked down at the ground refusing eye contact. You looked at him dumbfounded, feeling a pang of pain in your chest.

Camilo felt guilty while walking back to the Casita as he witnessed how the tears flowed in your eyes. But he said to himself that he would really apologize hard for you since this is just a prank.
The moment he step into Casita, the tiles were messing up with him as he chuckled.
"Casita stop, don't worry there's no pranks for you" He stated while surrendering his hands up in the air as Casita stopped messing around and pushed Camilo to the kitchen.
As soon as he was in the kitchen he saw Isabela who was about to run away the moment she saw her primo.
"WOAH! I am not a murderer chill" He rolled his eyes and got some plates and stacked his arepas.
"Oh really? Who knows ur gonna be the murdered of my dear cactuses" Isabela sassed and Camilo just laughed.
"Prima calm down, I have no tricks up my sleeves for you" Isabela squinted her eyes at him, trying to see if this is also a trick or not.
"...Or is it?" Camilo continued as Isabela groaned and ran away, which he laughed at that.
"Camilo today is no excuse for you to not do your chores" Abuela stated as he noticed Camilo with his mouth full of arepas.
"Oh ah yeah, I was just taking a break Abuela" He said chuckling nervously
"Whatever you are planning for today, Camilo. Solo porfavor, don't try and hurt anyone"
"Pfft, since when did I hurt people with prank—"
"Last year you almost burned Señor Juan's crops" Abuela glared as Camilo smiled guilty.
"W-well..Mami's sun just added heat to it. I was Innocent!!" He dramatically stated as Abuela rolled her eyes and walk outside. Camilo sighed in relief as he didn't receive an earful talk.
When suddenly a thundercloud appeared in Casita, followed by a shout.
"CAMILOOO MADRIGALLL!!" Pepa shouted as he went to Camilo and drag him by his ears.
"ay mami que duele!"
"Oh don't start with me young man, I will never let you continue your chores not unless you clean your room" Pepa angrily said as she continued sermoning Camilo with his room and getting him to clean it.
Camilo was almost done with his chores and doing bunch of pranks, which got a hard time for the villagers to go on for the day. As he wondered on where you are, he saw you with someone...and that someone is a boy.
He shapeshifted into someone else to blend in and not be caught by you, as he got closer he saw you intertwining hands with none other than Carlos. His rival in courting you before.
Camilo was confusedly mad, as you are smiling and laughing at Carlos. Didn't you two just 'broke up' but then here you are, hanging out with someone that is not him. He can't do anything since he stated to you that you two are already done but he felt a pang in his heart watching you two close.
As you are continuing hanging out with Carlos, you noticed someone was following you. Moreover, Camilo disguised as a villager to stalk you.
"Carlos, pretend you're about to kiss me"
"What!? Why?!" He shockingly said causing him to release your intertwined hands.
"Just trust me!" You said as you wanted to know how Camilo would react.
As Carlos started leaning in, Camilo couldn't take it as he shapeshifted back into himself running in between you two and slightly pushing Carlos off.
"¡QUÉ DEMONIOS, HOMBRE! ¡APÁRTATE!" He stated as you tried not to laugh. You pushed Camilo as you noticed the glare he had, which made you scared.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?"
"NO! What were you two doing!?"
"Tsk! Why does it matter you said you are break—" He shutted you off by putting a hand on your mouth, pulling you closer.
"Back off Carlos, this is my girl!" He threatened as Carlos raised his hands in the air and casually walked away why you subtly gave him a thumbs up to which he just smiled.
"Srsly Y/N?! Why are you with him!?"
"You said we broke up so—"
"Ay Dios Mío, that was just a prank! So if we did broke up in real, you would just hangout immediately with other guys!?!" He started getting mad as you got worried because you two are making the others look at you.
"That was way too much for a prank, Camilo. And really you're shouting at me, unbelievable" You deadpanned look at him and walk away as he suddenly started crying as he grabbed your arm and cried on your shoulders.
"I-I'm sorry. Please, don't hate me, I never thought this will be worse. I love you, Y/N. Forgive me, amor" He cried as you sighed grabbing his hands pulling him towards Casita. But he stopped in his tracks.
"No, please forgive me. Don't said me away to go home without us being all good. Y/N please" He begged as you cupped his cheeks, wiping the tears.
"Let's talk this out in Casita, come on" You said as he got no choice but to follow you. But the moment Casita opened the door, everyone shouted.
"Felicidades! You got pranked!!" His family shouted as they began laughing when they saw that Camilo had already been crying.
"Wait, what..." He said as Pepa went to him to wipe his tears as she hugged him.
"So, basically your prank just got back at you!" Mirabel said as they began teasing him.
"At first, I thought you are gonna break up with me but then I remembered its april fools. So I asked Dolores to confirm your joke or not"
"Yeah, you probably forgot your own sister's powers, Milo" Dolores said which caused the others to laugh, as Camilo just stared at them still mouth agaped.
"After confirming that, we plan together how Y/N can get back to you and to probably teach you a lesson. So we asked Carlos, since he would be the perfect one to help us and also to made you more annoyed which worked." Luisa said as Isabela smirked at her primo.
"So once everything is set and went accoring to plan, well luckily. And then there you go primo, you just got pranked by your own doings"
"Isabela, I swear your cactuses—" You cutted Camilo off by pecking him on the lips as he got flustered as everybody teased him.
"I love you too, amor. Don't worry we are srill together and I forgive you—WOAH!" He suddenly carried you on his shoulders as he went upstairs to his room, causing the teasings of his family to get louder.

He started chasing you around as you both spend the rest of the day, catching up with each other cuddling while telling him how you had came up with the plan together with his family.

"AHH THERE'S A SPIDER!!"

After all of it and he calmed down, you tried to comfort him too and just teasing him about it
You ended up making a parody of his 7 foot frame changing it into 8 eyed frame reference for a spider
Camilo would cringe or groaned at the thought of spiders as he practically would always shut you up with a kiss
BONUS:
Baby Camilo practically was scared of rats.
But eventually just got lessen as he got older knowing it associates with his uncle Bruno.
The reason for this is when one night he was up for arepas and just saw someone, tall perhaps, getting snacks too
He was about to cry as he saw how the rats had their eyes glowed from the reflection of the light from the moon.
"Camilo, don't cry. It's your uncle Bruno nothing to be scared of"
And he suddenly just passed out
The moment he woke up was he was at his bed, thinking it was a nightmare but he noticed how the snacks last night were somewhat less than before
Pepa even scolded him accusing him for getting midnight seconds.
He told his sister about it and Dolores just assured him that it was just his Tío's rat friends
So he ended up making fun of the scene in a song and practically had fun teaching the rats the choreographies
He ended up bestfriends with the rats tho.

After you heard the confession Camilo did while you were 'sleeping', you started avoiding him for a week now. Everytime he would come up to you to just ask for school stuffs, you would make up excuses and ofcourse, Camilo isn't oblivious he definitely knows you are avoiding him but he doesn't know what reason. Did he do something bad? Did he steal your secret stack of candies? Nonetheless he doesn't really know.
You know Camilo is an ideal guy despite of him being a prankster. But you never know if you really do like him too, yeah sure, you might be annoyed at the constant teasing but sometimes you like the attention he would give to you.
"Hey Y/N, do you have a—"
"No, I don't bye" You said standing up but was taken aback by your teacher scolding you.
"Ms. L/N we are in the middle of a test, where are you going?" The other students chuckled at you, as you said sorry and continued doing your test.
Camilo was stopping himself from chuckling as he finds it cute on how you literally forgot you are both in a class and just wanted to ditch him.

Camilo isn't saying anything and just looks down while having his hands in a fist. You were hesitant to talk to him since it has been more than weeks you two had a normal conversation.
But thankfully, Camilo just look at you for a split second and walked away. You were confused at first, knowing he should have been teasing you by now but you shrugged it off.
It was already the end of classes and you are currently securing your things at your locker. You were about to close it when someone slammed your locker and closed it with its hands.
You looked behind and noticed it was Camilo, as you step back letting your back hit the lockers. Camilo is practically trapping you in between him, giving you no space to escape.
You are mentally scolding yourself as you know how loud your heart is beating so fast.

"Hey, Y/N" You gulped at how deep his voice sounded, you can't figured out if he was mad or what. You started looking everywhere but him, he noticed how you were avoiding eye contact so he held your chin to made you face him.

"I was avoiding you because I don't want to get my hopes high. I thought you were just joking and I didn't want to look like a fool" You said looking down as he held up your hand and made you look at him.
"Why would you think I was just joking?"

"What does that even says!?" He dramatically said which cause you to glare at him.

A moment of silence surrounded you two, when he suddenly grabbed your purse and your hand dragging you outside.

He didn't say anything instead continue dragging you outside as the school guard just looked at you suspiciously but Camilo just greeted him which cause the guard to let you two be.
Once outside, he still continued dragging you to his motorcycle as he handed you his own helmet and giving you your purse.
"Tsk, and what should I do with that?"
"Throw it. Ofcourse, wear it" You didn't take his helmet so Camilo put it in your head securing it as he grabbed you to sit on the back of his ride, as he settled in getting ready to drive.

Camilo's POV
It has been 7 years when me and Y/N started dating. Being in a relationship is not that easy nor hard, it takes patience and time. I thought I know Y/N really well when I liked her, but when she became my girlfriend I got to know her very well. I can now tell what she likes and what she doesn't. Her moods? I had already settled with that, afterall Papa raised me well, especially when she has mood swings from her monthly period. But I still love her anyways.
Being together with her for how many years now, got me into a decision and choice that will have our life better. I'm going to propose to her. And with a precious princesa comes with a precious surprise. When I mean surprise it really should have put a lot of effort, Y/N is really fond of surprises, like REALLY!
My plan is to set up the house to an amazing place where the magic would happen. But yeah just gonna make this place so special for her. I already asked my primas and hermana to help me and gladly they helped me without me treating them in return. Both of our families already knew about this, the only thing left is just to set up the place.
"Camilo are the photos ready?" Isabela asked me once she entered my room while constantly leaving flower petals, that is from her hand, everywhere. I had a lot of our pictures that we will hang for later in the set up.
"Sí, Isa almost done in-" I didn't finish my sentence when she suddenly smack my head. Oww that hurts!?
"HEY!? WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!?" I said and she just rolled her eyes at me.
"You almost stepped into my cactuses!" She said and I just looked at him with an 'are-you-serious-look'
"Okayy, fine I'll be careful. Since your cactus are more important than your primo being stung by it" I said and glared at her while she is just chuckling as she just messed with my hair.
"Stop being so dramatic" She said and continued putting flowers and designs everywhere to make the place more pretty.
If I really don't owe something to Isabela, I swear I would have teased her about her plants and stuffs.
After I have arrange the photos, Isabela went downstairs and hang those in the garden. And now I need to make sure that all of my presents are still here. The presents were just a big human size chameleon stuffed toy (which I think maybe this is a lot bigger than her and ofcourse chameleon coz it represents me), a boquet of blue and pink flowers (she loves that color thats why), I also have a box that has a yellow bracelet with a butterfly pendant and a necklace that goes with a heart pendant. And most importantly chocolates! With the very very most important is the letter or poem that I made for her. And THE RING OFCOURSE. I hope she will love this stuffs.
Okay, so this is the very amazing plan that was made up by yours truly. First, I will invite her to come to the house to have some movie night and at the middle of the movie I will excuse myself and go to the garden at that time my own video will show up, so yeah I edited it to put in into the movie. After the video, ofcourse she will find me. While on her way to the garden, rose petals are scattered to the floor making her follow it to the garden. Once she arrived there (ofcourse I'm still hiding) she will notice the beautiful lights that is hanging on the garden, with our pictures in it. And some notes that has messages on it. After that I will come out with all those stuffs. And then EASYYY- I WILL PROPOSE.
I went downstairs to see how the place is getting ready.
"Woahh, this place is so nicee" I said with a smile on my face as soon as I saw the garden. I taste a little of the foods that Tía Julieta made and I almost finished it but Mirabel stopped me.
"Tía these foods are the best!" I said and while snapping my hands.
"Ofcourse it was made by my Mama and if you don't stop, I swear there would be nothing left" Mirabel said and put me away to the kitchen
I just muttered and stuck out my tongue to her and helped Isabela and Dolores scatter the rose petals from the ground.
Once we are finished, I told them to just stay here and do whatever they want but just be quiet, as her family are also here. I texted Y/N to come over here, luckily its just easy for her to say yes.
"Ahh look at you, Cariño. All grown up" My Mamí said and hugged me tight as she started to be emotional.
"Pepi, amor. You're gonna ruin his look. You are making your papa proud, Camilo" Mi papa said and did a thumbs up as I smiled.
"YOu ArE mAkInG yOuR PapA pRoUd" I immitate him trying to ease the serious tension as he just look at me in disbelief.
"I don't sound like that"
"i DoN'T SOuNd LIkE THAt" I said and he was about to smack me when Dolores interrupted.
"I think we should get going"
"We'll be waiting outside" Mamí said as they went to the garden.
Dolores just hugged me and nudged me without a warning as I gave her a confusing look but later on, change into a fond smile.
"Goodluck, hermanito" She said as Mariano gave me a thumbs up.
Antonio hugged me also before going outside as he gave me his chameleon stuffed animal.
"For the nerves" He said and I just chuckled.
Tía Julieta and Tío Agustin also gave me a goodluck before they went along.
"Aye, little minime I can see that your future is to be with her and I hope you will treasure that" My Tío Bruno went up to me and gave me a pat on my shoulder.
As I felt three people suddenly hugged me tight.
"It felt like yesterday, you are just our baby bro but look at you now!" Luisa said as tears filled up her eyes, getting proud of her primo.
"You two look perfect for each other, primo. I swear if you will hurt her, its cactuses for you" Isabela said as I scratched my head nervously. Hurting Y/N is like the death of me, ofcourse I wouldn't do that.
"My primo Camilo who wouldn't stop until he makes us smile today is now getting engaged and its a miracle someone lasted so long for you" Mirabel joked as Isabela jokingly agreed as I frown.
"Hey, that's a foul! Yellow Card!!"
"Kidding! But I am so proud of you, and I hope you're happy to spend another journey of your life with her" She said as they all hugged me again as I thanked them.
I looked at Abuela who was looking at me with a bright smile, as I went up to her to hug.
"My first little boy grandkid, I am so happy for you" She said as I waited for her to continue.
"You might be joking around all the time but I know you're serious for her. The miracle is not how happy your relationship is, the miracle is the both of you. You have each other and I hope you will treasure her, mi hijo" Abuela said as I wiped the tears in her eyes and smiled.
"I will Abuela, Gracias" I hugged Abuela feeling overwhelmed at the words she said, knowing I would always hear her scolding me for seconds always.
As he was left alone, Camilo waited for you at the door. While everyone was at the garden quietly sneaking or fooling around maybe. The garden is at the back of the house so when you will arrive you would not see the others at the front door.
I heard the door bell ring, so I immediately opened the door and pulled her into a tight hug. Because of excitement and nervousness. She was shocked at first, but eventually she hugged back.
"Aawwh my chameleon really missed me~" She cooed at me and kissed my lips. I just chuckled at her without being able to tease her back, because I can feel the tense running up to me now. I let her come in and she immediately sat on the couch. I got some few chips for us to eat and I sat beside her. She put her head on my shoulder as I put my arms around her.
"So what movie do you want to watch?" I asked her, even though I know it is still the same movie she would pick.
"Hmm, how 'bout Encanto?" She said and I just looked at her while raising my brow at her, im so good at acting. That is why I am a theatre kid.
"Seriously? That again? You watched that for more than 10times already" I said faking a cry and she just glared at me.
"Your point? now come on turn it on" She said and kissed my cheeks. I just turned the movie on and we watched it, again.
As I knew it was already close to the middle of the movie, I excused myself to go the bathroom, but Y/N stopped me.
"Aye, why do you need to go? We're almost at the middle. This is the best part" She said and sulked. I need to go now or else this will be ruined, aye, this girl really.
I pecked her lips and told her that I really need to use the bathroom and she just chuckled at me saying she was just joking about stopping me. So I went straight to the garden and told everyone to hide and to get ready.
Third Person's POV
You continued watching the movie as soon as Camilo went to the bathroom. You noticed that the movie keeps on scratching, is the tv broke? You were about to click on the remote when it turned black, scared you broke it.
"Omygod, MILO WHY DID THE SCREEN WENT BLACK?!" You shouted and noticed that he is at the bathroom for too long. You mentally cursed at the thought Abuela be mad at you for breaking their tv.
As the screen went black a video of Camilo started playing, as you started questioning yourself.
"So, uhmmm *waves at the cam* Hola, mi princesa~ well, its been awhile since we started dating a-and im not surprised we had taken this as a long relationship, uhh, I know this sounds cheesy but let me say this...remember the time when we first met..I cant deny that I think I've been l-love at first sight..with you..and im so happy that we became friends after that. When I first confess to you, I was really really nervous at that time. Cause that was the first confession I've ever made. And you're the first girlfriend I've ever had. Thats when I told myself that I will never let go of this girl, I mean it never. For all those happy times that we had I always cherish those memories the most. But through all these happy moments that we have, there will always be sad and hurting moments that every couple is facing. Just like us. But like what I have said, I really love you and I will protect you. There's always a time where I would think of giving up, but my family and yours and...soon-to-be my family*mumbles* they are also there for me in all those times. They made me think that if I really love you, I won't think of giving up my love for you. No matter how badly I would get hurt physically or mentally, it doesnt matter as long as I will have you forever. *teary-eyed* But I am Camilo Madrigal, your boyfriend...I will fight for you and do anything just for you. They don't call me the entertainer for nothing. And I guess I did it successfully, just look at what we are now, we're still together and our relationship is getting stronger than ever. You know who my heart is beating for..ofcourse, its the most beautiful girl and my ONLY love in this world, its you *points at the cam*. To all those promises that we made for each other. I hope it will stay in us longer. I've always been the happiest guy in the world, since im with you. I'll just ask you one question, and it would be save for later *winks at the cam and chuckles after* Mi amor, vida, princesa, mi querida, cariña, you are mine as I am also yours. The screen went black again and you were so touched at the moment on what he did. You felt like crying being so lucky to have him. After a minute of trying to process youe thoughts and calm your emotions , you walked your way to the garden to see him.
As on your way to the garden, you noticed the rose petals making its way on the ground. you smiled at the effort that Camilo made but you wondered whats the occassion? When you arrived at the garden you were so shocked at how it was. There are lights that brighten up the garden,the food that smells so nice, you were really sure that this was Tía Julieta's cooking tho and the pictures that is hanging. One by one you went near the pictures to see it and noticed the notes that was beside it.
You smiled at the pictures 'coz it reminds you of the memories you and Camilo had for the past years. There was your first date, and the time he took you to their home to meet his family, your first dance, his confession and so much more. You felt a tear left your eyes, not of sadness, but because of happiness and the overwhelming feeling. You looked around to find Camilo, but you can't see him.
"Cami, where are you??" You looked around but still no sign of him. You continued to looked around until you heard someone's voice behind you.
"Looking for me, Amor?" He said while chuckling, as you turned around you were so shocked at what you saw.
It's just him holding a bunch of amazing stuffs. Like so MANY stuffs, at those time you are already in tears as you really appreciate all of these.
"I tried my best to make this night memorable for you, hope you like-" Camilo was cutted off by you kissing his lips and smiling at him.
"Don't worry, I love it more than you ever know. I love you" You looked at him with full of love and sincerity in your eyes, as he just smiled at you.
"I love you too Mi Vida, oh before I forget, these are now yours" He said to me and you just chuckled at him.
"Here you go one big chameleon stuffed toy for you, which is a lot bigger than you and incase you miss me you can just stare at that" He said while laughing as you just pouted at him and he just kissed you. He hand me the chameleon stuff animal and you put it beside you coz it's really big and heavy to say the least.
"One boquet of blue and pink flowers for you" he handed me the boquet which you stared in awe coz it was your two favorite colors.
"And also these two boxes, open it" He said and smiled. You put the boquet on the side table and opened the boxes.
It shows a cute necklace that has the pendant of heart, it is so cute. Camill grab the necklace and put it in your neck. As you opened the next box and it has a yellow bracelet with a chameleon pendant and Camilo also put it around your wrist. At this time you are really crying.
Camill just chuckled and cupped your face while wiping the tears. "Hey, dont cry yet amor"
"This is too much Camil-" Camilo cut you off by pecking you on the lips.
"It's okay, this is for you" He said and then handed out a bunch of chocolates.
"Yeheeyy, chocolates~" You cooed and he just chuckled. You are about to give him some but you noticed that he suddenly looked nervous.
"Amor, why does it look like you're nervous?" You said laughing at him and he just chuckled nervously, sus.
"Y/N L/N, amor, I love you so much always remember that. I will love you as long as I live. Im so lucky to have you, now I know that it is not impossible to reach the moon. For you are my moon, the one who provides me light in my darkest hour, you give light to my dark world. Well I hope this relationship will stand strong. Face all the odds along way. Overcome each problems that will arrive. Prove to others that our love will last till the end. And thy words will last forever. I love you mi amor" you are currently in awe at what he just said. Camilo grabbed something from his pockets. It is a paper with a big heart design.
"What is this Cami?" You asked looking at him confused
"Just read it, vida" Camilo said and kissed your cheeks.
You opened the letter and read whats inside it. It's a poem made by him.

At that moment you are already crying, you were so touched on what he made for you. Thru all of these, you felt being the luckiest girl in the world to have such perfect boyfriend.
As you were reading the poem Camilo can't help but to smile because a minute by now you will be his fiancé. But still he gets nervous, and negative thoughts are running on his mind.
After you read it, you suddenly hugged Camilo while crying, as he hugged back tightly. Once you pulled away, Camilo wiped your tears away, cupping your cheeks
"I am so thankful that I have you-" Camilo cutted you off by kissing you and smiled geniunely, as his nervousness had gotten worse.
"No, I should say that. Thank you and btw c-can you like go through the poem again?" Camilo said smiling nervously.
"Oh okay then, Milo I love the poem. Don't be nervouse coz I love it" You said with a reassuring smile. Camilo mentally cursed knowing his nervousness was showing obviously.
"Look at the first letter of ever sentence" Camilo said, getting ready for the big move. Trying not to have the feeling of nervousness. Because being nervous makes everything go back to zero.
"W-I-L-L-Y-O-U-M-A-R-R-Y-M-E, Okay I don't get it" You said with confusion evident in the tone.
"You don't get it coz you spelled it, try reading it" Camilo said being confident than ever. This is it!
"Oh okay, Will You Marry-" You suddenly stopped and looked at him with wide eyes. After that you started crying, as Camilo just look at you in awe while wiping your tears away, he kinda feel bad because you cried a lot today. "—Omygosh, WILL YOU MARRY ME? C-Camilo..."
Camilo knelt with one knee on the ground and pulled the box in his pockets and opened it as it showed a beautiful and real diamond ring. Perfect ring for the perfect one.
"Mi Amor. Y/N L/N will you marry me?" Camilo asked, hoping you would say yes.
"No—"
"WHAT!?"
"Let me finish, Camilo" You scolded him as he sighed in relief, scared that was your answer.
You nodded you head as more tears fell out from you eyes. "No way I wouldn't keep you to be my husband so..YES!! I will marry you, yess!!" Camilo can feel the tears from his eyes. YOU SAID YES!!
He stood up to hug and kiss you. But before that, Camilo put the ring on your finger first and thankfully it was a perfect fit. He felt like the luckiest guy in the world. Because YOU said YES TO HIM.

Everyone suddenly showed up from their hiding places as you saw both your family and his.
His family went up to hug him, mostly Pepa who was really a crying mess peppering Camilo with kisses.
Your brothers and parents also hugged you as you kept crying.
"You are not anymore our little girl" Your mother said as your father tries to calm her down.
You looked at your two older brothers and noticed that they were about to cry, as you gestured your arms as they hugged you which cause you to chuckle.
"Remember the time you two said, you're gonna cry when I will change my surname"
"Yeah, but you're not yet married and had a wedding so gonna save these tears" Your brother, Kyle said as Tyler was looking up ti stop his own tears.
The night went on as a celebration, you were so happy. Pepa would constantly cry together with your mother, as you and Camilo would both calm them down.
Everybody was happy, especially you and Camilo.

"—And that is how you write a good story. Thank you!" You ended your presentation as your teacher and classmates clapped at you.
"That was a wonderful presentation...as always! Thank you Y/N. So I was saying—" You smiled at your teacher and went back to your seat feeling satisfied about what you did.
Camilo watched as you sat on your seat, with a smile on his face. He won't deny the fact that he was one of those admirers of yours. He really appreciates you so much, the way you balance your social activities with being the top student was totally impressive for him knowing he only really focus on theatre and his basketball team.
"Camilo, stop staring its not like you're gonna get her to be your girlfriend" Carlos nudged his bestfriend, as Camilo just shrugged.
"Well worth a shot" He snickered as Carlos rolled his eyes at his bestfriend.
Carlos knows that Camilo likes Y/N, he wants to support him with it but its hard...since he also fell inlove with the same girl his bestfriend has his eyes on too.
You aren't close with Camilo not until one moment happened which started your friendship and also your little crush on him.
It was exam week and you were trying so hard to put every single knowledge and your mind in order to do well, because you need to aim for another high grades or else you'll be in trouble.
You are rushing to go to the garden with a cup of coffee in your hand as you wanted to be alone as of the moment because you're having a mental breakdown.
Too occupied with thoughts you stumble upon someone causing you to spill your drink and ended up on his white shirt uniform. You heard him hissed in pain as the coffee was hot.
"Gosh, I am so sorry!!" You said panicking and trying to cool off the coffee spilled in his clothes. Camilo was about to be mad when he suddenly noticed that it was you, to then he smiled and chuckled.
"It's fine Y/N, I have some spare uniform in my bag. You know having extra for my theatre practice" He said as you only looked at him feeling guilty.
You followed him as he went to his locker and get his clothes and showed it to you.
"See? I can change into this, don't worry that much" He chuckled as he ruffled your hair, Camilo swore he was being proud at the confidence he is showing and how he loved the way his fingers ran through your smooth hair.
He went to the boy's bathroom to change as you waited for him. The moment he went out of the bathroom he was looking fresh than earlier and he had his curls a bit wet from the water. You swore you felt your heart skipped a beat.
You grabbed his old uniform as he looked at you confused, as you started to fold it.
"I am taking your uniform home" You said and looked up at him, who was shocked by your statement.
"Uh what now?"
"Okay look, the least that I can do is to clean your uniform and give it back to you"
"...or you could just tutor me with our math exam later" He whispered but you heard him, you smiled in delight thinking having someone to study with you can help you stop overthinking and having a breakdown.
You grabbed his hand and pulled him to the library, Camilo blushed as he looked at both of your hands as he secretly smiled trying not to urge to make it obvious.
You both spend the rest of the time teaching him with equations, you would always chuckle at how he would groaned at his frustrations.
"You know when we grow up we will still gonna use our calculators and none of it gonna even have a frickin letters in a formula, or even no formula just simple addition and stuff?!!" He ranted as you laughed at what he said.
Camilo won't deny that you are great at teaching him and he learns something but he noticed that everytime he would rant or frustrate he can be able to hear you laughing or chuckling at him which just melts his heart knowing he made you happy atleast, since he knows how you would push yourselves with your academics.
One time in your Literature subject, you two were paired up. You were taaked to write your own story and act it out. Knowing it's hard for the both of you to practice in school, you invited him over to your house (with a permission to your mother ofcourse) to which he also agreed.
"Mother, I'm home!" You yelled so that she would know who just opened the door. You took of your shoes and put them beside the door.
Camilo was about to take a step when you stopped him and pointed at his shoes.
"Oh, I thought leaving shoes was just applicable for...you, wouldn't it a bother if I leave my shoes..?" He asked feeling unsure as he started to put his shoes beside yours.
"Not at all, but you would be bothered if you step further more with the shoes on. Here its my other slippers you can wear them" You said handing him an indoor slippers as you walk your way inside.
Camilo took your slippers and put it on, having a look on his face. "Cool, they have indoor ones"
He stops himself from being amazed so much at how your home looks clean and cozy. You both sat on the living room as her mom put some snacks on the table.
"Here have some, study hard alright?" She said and went back to the kitchen.
Camilo tasted some snacks and was in awwe at how it felt so delicious.
"Oh wow this are so nice" He said as he finished his first bite.
"Yeah, its pretty obvious. You can have more if you like just grab one" You chuckled at him.
"You can have seconds!?"
"More than seconds now eat up so that we can start" You as he practically shove more snacks into his mouth, as you chuckled and took out your books and pens.

It was already an hour passed, when your mother decided to let Camilo home since it was already night.
"Thank you for the snacks, Mrs. L/N it was lovely" Camilo said as he put on his shoes.
"No worries, you can come by any time especially if its about schoolworks" She said as Camilo waved goodbye to the both of you and went home.
You are currently fixing your books when your mother stopped you before putting those in your room.
"Answer me honestly, is that boy courting you?"
You choked on air, the moment your mother said that. You wanna joke about it but she seems serious and you don't want to be screwed.
"Camilo? Pfft, as if. Mama we are just friends"
"Good, studies first okay?" You just smiled at her and went up to your room.
"Hurry and go down, the rice won't pre heat itseld for you" She shouted before you had closed your door.
"Camilo liking me back? Nah...that's impossible" You said to yourself, before sighing happily because you got to hangout with him earlier.
The moment you realize you love him is when he was there are your worst and accepted your flaws.
"—and the highest on the exams is..Y/N that have a 48/50 score. Congratulations" Your teacher handed out your paper and everyone clapped at you. But you weren't that much happy, you felt scared.
You reviewed your paper at the hope of an error in checking it but there was none. You mentally cursed to yourself at the two numbers you got wrong.
'Ugh, I should have trusted my first instinct on this one'
The bell rang as you put your head on your desk trying not to cry. As some girls started reaching out to your seat and laughing which cause you to look at them.
"You know, you got the highest score but still crying? Really? I can't believe you" Some girl trying to look at your paper scoffing at it.
"—HEY What're you doing leave her alone!!" Someone shouted which caused the girls to flee. You saw Camilo and just sighed on him, putting your head on his chest as soon as he got closer. He looked at your paper and mustered a proud smile on his face as he cupped your face and make you look at him.
"OMG you got the highest score!? IM SO PROUDD" He said but his smile dropped as soon as he saw the look on your face.
"Milo, I literally got 2 mistakes"
"...uhmm, so? its not bad and you are the highest"
"My mom would be freaked out. She would literally asked me why didn't I just made it perfect" You groaned and cover your face.
Camilo look at youas he realizes how hard it might be for you to be perfect in anyone's eyes and to not meet the expectations set for you.
"Don't worry she won't be mad—"
"How would you know you don't know how my mother expect a lot with my academics"
"I know but hey, look on the brighter side you got only 2 mistakes and I got—" He said looking at his paper before hiding it "—the important thing is you did great..."
You suspiciously looked at him as you started reaching out for his paper. Camilo tried so hard to put it away from you but got distracted by the proximity of your face to him which left him flustered.
You finally got his paper and look at it.
"Yeah, I know its bad—" He was cutted off by your hugging, which made him confused.

Camilo was looking at you weirdly, because a moment ago you werr about to cry having 2 mistakes on your exam but now you are happy at him by having 7 mistakes on his exam. Neverthless, he was happy to see the smile on your face again.
"Well, its not the same level as you but I tried"
"You did well, Milo"
"If you say so, how about a nice treat to celebrate. You in?" He said aa you stood up and fix your things and dragged him outside of the room. He just laughed at you knowing he made you feel better.
Carlos watched as you two ran along the hallways, as a tear left in his eyes knowing he just lost the girl of his dreams to his bestfriend.

You are both currently at the doorstep of your home, with Camilo encouraging you to take a deep breath in. You got your report cards right now and although you were top one of the class, and got A+, there was one subject you got 99 at and you were anxious how your parents would react.
You opened the door as you both saw your parents and greeted them. Camilo took an initiative to leave his shoes and change into the slippers you had let him wore everytime he is in the house.
"I heard you were top of the class again, sweetie" Your father said and hugged you as your mother took your report card.
"Good evening, mr. and mrs L/N" Camilo said and bowed to them.
"Ahh camilo, you're here again" Your father said as they both did a shakehands with each other. Camilo spend so much time in your house that he got close to your parents.
"Its all excellent but why is your Biology subject got only a 99?" Your mother said aa you secretly gulped.
"I mean I got the highest with my exams but I guess the 48/50 was the reason I didn't got a 100"
"I mean its great but you could have get a perfect score" Your mother said as you sighed feeling upset.
"And how about you, young man?" Your father asked Camilo as he looked at them shocked and laughed nervously.
"Oh well uhmm, you know still living I mean that's what important" He stuttered as you looked at him. While your father just chuckled.
"Honey, Y/N/N did her best, she was on top. I guess that is fine" Your father said and hugged you.
"Well, I guess...I have nothing to worry. I am still proud" Your mother said which made you smile as you let her joined the hug. You three pulled out of the hug, once you heard a snap of a photo.
"Oops, sorry for ruining the monent. Just wanna took a photo while it lasted" Camilo said as you laughed.
"Why don't you stay again for dinner?"
Camilo eyes light up as he really loves your mother's home cooking and ofcourse getting more than seconds of having rice.
"I am more than happy to do so" He said as your parents went to the kitchen and he texted his Mami to be staying for dinner at your house for awhile.
You suddently hugged him as he was shocked but hugged you anyways.
"Thank you. I would never done that kind of courage without you"
"I'm always be with you, babi" He said as you smiled at the nickname he gave you.
Camilo was an extrovert guy, he would always do something at the same time but after he confessed to you, you admired him for being patient as it was almost 2 years he is waiting for your answer.
It was your 16th birthday when you invited him and his family over. It was during dinner when he said it out loud to everyone, especially to your parents that he likes you and asked your parents for approval.
"Well, you are both little young and its also obvious that my daughter likes you too"
"Papa!?" You slightly yelled getting flustered.
"But! We actually vote for you Camilo being bethroted to our daughter but studies first and wait for until you are both legal then you can date" Your mother said as Camilo smiled and nodded.
"You can count on me, Mrs. and Mr. L/N" He said and everyone continued eating.
"Love takes patience, son. Let see how I raised you well" His father, Felix said as you saw how Pepa would kiss his face, being emotional and proud at him.
Camilo just looked at you and winked as you broke eye contact feeling the heat ran to your cheeks.

You are now graduated from high school and almost ready for college, and today marks your 18th birthday and Camilo just planned to make it the best for the both of you.
As everyone was eating, Camilo approach your parents to talk to them without anyone noticing.
"So uhmm, you probably know why I wanted to talk right?" Camilo unsurely said as your parents just gave him a smile, and your father giving him a pat on his head.
"You now have our word, Camilo" Your mother said as Camilo hugged them both.
"Thank you, it means so much to me"
"Don't hurt our daughter, okay?"
"If I did it's like im hurting myself too so I will never let that happen you can trust me" He said as he went back to his seat, as your parents fondly smiled at him.
"My baby is growing up so fast"
"Honey, she will be in good hands. It's Camilo we are talking about."
It was the end of the part, your parents and Camilo's were helping each other clean up the place, as you were about to help them someone suddenly pulled you to the back of your home.
"Camilo slow down, why did you bring me here?"
"Happy birthday, babi" He said for the nth time as you nudged him.
"Where is my gift?" You jokingly stated as he suddenly pulled out something in his pocket. He opened the box that revealed a chraming bracelet with your initials in it.
He put it in your wrist as you stared at it in awwe. It was pretty.
You hugged him as you were touched by his gift and was thankful for him, as always.
"Thank you, thank youuuu. I love it" You said as you pulled out of the hug and admired the bracelet.
"Do you have any ideas how many times I said 'I love you' to you?" He asked which made you smirked.
"I am not sure but since I know you are probably whipped maybe 107? I mean for atleast 5 months in a year you would say that but—"
"Are you srsly calculating it?" He said as you shrugged at him.
"Well you asked me so..."
"It's actually a 142nd time"
"Wow why are you counting that?" You laughed as he took out a boquet of flowers which you gladly accepted as you feel your heart beating faster.
"So thar I can say the 143rd on your birthday...Y/N I love you...will you be my girlfriend?" He said as he held out your hand as the garden suddenlt light up with cute colors and a balloon which says 'Be my girlfriend'
You are crying from what he said as you nod at him but at the same time trying to answer him back as you have been waiting to say this for a long time.
"Yes, I will be your girlfriend and I love you too, My Camilo" You said as he spun you around and kiss your hand.
"But why did you make it 143rd times to say Iloveyou to me?" You asked as you felt calm and your tears finally stopped.
"143 means I love you, mi vida."
"Cliché but that's one thing I love about you" You said as Camilo leaned in to kiss you but you playfully looked away.
"Not now, Milo" You laughed as he playfully spun you around again.

The next morning, Camilo went to his bestfriend to tell him the good news.
"CARLOSSSSS, I AM NOW ANNOUNCING YOU TO BE MY BEST MAN!" He immediately said once Carlos let him in.
"Best man? Were you arranged a marriage already?" He joked as Camilo scoff at him.
"No, but soon I'll be having my own wedding and ofcourse my bestfriend will have the privilege to be my best man!"
"Well then, who's the lucky girl?"
"Its Y/N. She answered me yesterday, it was probably the best day—" Camilo's rants faded into the hearing of Carlos as he felt his heart shattered knowing he just really lost to his bestfriend. Moment of spacing out he didn't notice a tear left in his eyes.
"Bro, you're crying..did I—did I do something wrong?" Camilo worriedly asked as Carlos wiped his tears and laughed fakingly.
"Nah, these are joy! I am so proud of you ofcourse I'll cry!!"
"AND THAT IS WHY YOU ARE MY BEST MAN!" Camilo said as he continued talking and Carlos just listened to him. He was proud of his bestfriend even though if its hurting him, he will support Camilo and you with your happy relationship.
