Jinora was unable to keep from curling herself in a little ball. While she did enjoy the sound of rain, it wasn’t enough to distract her from how soaked her flying suit was. Soon she’d be shivering, which would prevent her from flying back to the air temple. Her gaze followed Shumi’s, and her bro furrowed.
“It used to be a small earth village, before Kuvira,” she explained. “They refused to join her empire, and...” The airbender sighed. “Well, you can see what happened to them.” It was a shame to see the place now, what with the memories that resurfaced. All she wanted to do now was go home to her family, where she’d be enveloped in a warm group hug.
